Kaylie did a great job cleaning my house. My house was a mess, it was a big job. She was not scared at all and the house looks great.

This was THE easiest call I’ve ever made! From setting up an appointment in one day to the MAGNIFICENT job Alexandria did in my home!!! Do not hesitate when making an appointment!!

I met Pam for the first time today. She was respectful, professional, curtious, and kind. She did a thorough, deep down clean that made everything practically glow. I'm more than satisfied with Pam and asked her employer if she could be the one that always comes to our house.

Unfortunately if I could leave less than 1 star I would. I booked this company for a deep clean to get ready for an upcoming event. I land extra for add ons of windows , walls etc. The crew was suppose to be in my 1900 sqft home for most of the day.
They arrived late (which wasn’t a big deal as I read the policy and felt comfortable because the company was goggle recommended) They didn’t have the cleaning g supplies and needed to use mine they came with no vacuum . When the arrived they stated “this is gonna be easy” which should have been my first sign.

The 3 person crew did an extremely poor job. A clean I was paying $700 plus dollars for. They didn’t sweep before attempting to mop so the debris was wet and scattered across the floors. They didn’t dust which isn’t even an add on it’s a regular part of the deep clean. They didn’t clean anything thoroughly. I left thinking they would do a god job and arrived back to them with their supplies packed up and leaving after being there for less than two hours to go to “another job” and my house a mess. I was so overwhelmed I attempted to ask one person to fix the mistakes but realized this team was not experienced as the site lead me to believe. The cleaners did not listen and my husband eventually had to ask them leave our property. I called the owner and supervisor to explain and asked if they could come look at the horrible job done. Which then turned into a debate. It resulted in me being charge over $400 with an unclean home

also in the following days after my dispute someone came back and vandalized my front yard with trash and tee peed my tree in the front of my home thank goodness I have cameras . That was my last straw in feeling I should write review. Your trusting a company with your address and into your home and for this to happen I was appalled and will probably never feel comfortable enough to hire another cleaning company again

Matthew was thorough, diligent, responsive, and very considerate. Couldn't have asked for a better cleaning professional . I highly recommend him!

Pam did my cleaning. After 2 hours I was walking to my apartment and I could smell how fresh my apartment was from how the hall. It feels so nice to walk around my fresh, clean appartment. I definitely wouldn't have been able to get it this clean myself. I'm very happy with how clean my apartment is 😊 .

Fantastic job! I like to get my house professionally deep cleaned once a year and Sam did an amazing job. She was super kind and I absolutely love the results. Rose helped me coordinate and was very professional and responsive. I would highly recommend them.

My floors were clean but that was about it the rest of the house a mess. When I told the owner she argued and argued. I never got a refund. Definitely would not recommend.
