Not about the business, about the driver I was at HD this morning and on my way to the store one of the drivers belong to this company he driving with NO care or respect the peoples who walking through the parking lot to to store and he didn’t stop at stop sign 🛑 too ! Roofing Rochester recently completed a replacement of both a sloped and flat roof on my historic home. I was most impressed by the professionalism and efficiency of their team. In particular, I was very pleased with Davis, Paul and Matt. The work was accomplished quickly and exactingly. The entire crew was hard working and pleasant. I would highly recommend Roofing Rochester to anyone in need of their services.

I am a Buffao general contractor, I hired Roofing Rochester for a arched copper roof. They did an excellent job and I would highly recommend them.

I would recommend any new client to be mindful, we received an estimate/quote from this supplier, received a contract and even forwarded a deposit. Then we were working with the scheduler for the install, two days before Roofing Rochester was going to start on the project, they stated the quote is no longer valid and need to increase the quote by 100%. What 100% increase, how is this possible? So Roofing Rochester, cancelled the contract and just walked away. So please be cautious since Roofing Rochester would not stand behind their contract and agreement.

having never had to deal with a roofing company I got real lucky by picking Roofing Rochester. I cannot say anything bad about them. They communicated very well. Did an excellent job stripping the old roof off and putting the new roof on and took care of other small details that I asked them for. I recommend Roofing Rochester, you will not be disappointed.

After having 4 companies look at our roof for a small leak, the rep at Roofing Rochester is the ONLY one that recommended a total roof tear off and replacement. We asked him to look at our boot, where the leak was, and he was all over our roof finding multiple areas that he claimed were problematic.
We said multiple times that a roof replacement is not in our budget, and requested a quote for boot repair/touch up, and he insisted with the new roof, then mentioned up to an $80,000 metal roof with financing. We continued to ask about the immediate repair.
Three days later, we received a quote for a tear off and roof replacement of $28,000 to start and was told he would send over the repair quote, which still has not happened.
After this, we had another company look at the areas he pointed out and they assured us we do not need a new roof, our high end shingles come with a lifetime warranty, and that the roof was in great shape. We went with another company after this experience and spent $345 instead of $28,000.

The team was very efficient and did great work. My dormer windows were leaking due to improper flashing from a prior contractor. Roofing Rochester was able to quickly give me an estimate and get a team out to do the work. They were tidy and considerate of the tenants living there. I’m impressed by the efficiency of the teams, from administration, planning, and execution. My dormers look great and there’s no more leaking.

From start to end I couldn’t be happier with my experience with Roofing Rochester. I met with Davis for the consultation process and he was so helpful with answering all of my questions that I had and made the process so easy and stress free. Anytime I reached out to him he was very responsive and updated me every step along the way. I also spoke with Ed who helped keep me informed with scheduling the date my roof was getting repaired along with organizing when the materials were going to arrive. All of the workers that were a part of the project knocked it out in one day. Worked non stop until the job was finished. Everyone was so kind and respectful. I couldn’t be happier with how my roof came out. I would highly recommend Roofing Rochester.

The work I had done to repair a porch roof which needed stucco work also was done in a timely manner and the follow-up was done completely to my satisfaction. The workers were very pleasant to work with and answered my questions without hesitation.

I hired Roofing Rochester to replace a roof on an old house. They helped me choose the right materials and colors for my roof and gutters. They also worked out problems with the old chimney for reasonable prices. I highly recommend Roofing Rochester for all you roofing needs.

I'm one of those people that tries to find that sweet spot between quality and value and after 10 or so estimates we landed on Roofing Rochester and I feel confident that we did not have to sacrifice either. They arrived as scheduled and finished our project in a single day. The crew our guys that did the work were exceptionally professional. The project required a full tear-off and when I say, the property was cleaned up as if they were never there, I mean just that. I was very pleased with the job Roofing Rochester did my roof. Davis outlined the quote clearly. I thought it was a very fair quote. The crew did a very good job. They got it done in a day even though it involved some extra work. I was very happy with the way the job turned out. They did a great job cleaning up, nothing left behind. My big red barn needed a new roof after a windstorm. With the height and pitch of the roof, every quote I got was impossible to consider. Until Paul and his team walked us through working with my insurance company to have the cost offset. His team worked at an amazing pace and had the whole job wrapped up before I even noticed they were there.The barn looks beautiful and I couldn't be happier.

Hired them to replace my roof with new asphalt shingles, and replace all of my vinyl siding. Could not recommend them enough after my experience. Very professional and honest staff. From the estimator who initially came to my home along with the team who got the work done. It was an overall great experience, and my home looks so beautiful!

I have seen all the positive reviews online for RR. Unfortunately for us, our experience was anything but positive. The work was satisfactory but the customer service was beyond despicable. We were treated with disrespect, promises made but not kept and no communication whatsoever. One of many examples...we signed a contract and made the deposit in July '24, after lots of back-and-forth the start date was set November. After two weeks of waiting for the job to begin with texts to our rep going unanswered we called the office. They had no idea about our contract nor that we had paid the deposit. Our representative had been fired. RR had no idea that we were waiting for the job to begin. RED FLAG! We tried to get our deposit back but the owner said 'no'. After that it took 5 months to get the job done. Beware!!

What a great job done by all! I am so impressed with the out come of my roof. Very fast , and professional! The design pattern really accents my house beautifully! Not too mention they cleaned up so well it was like they were never there! Thank you Ryan Shumway for knocking on my door that day! I couldn't be happier with this company! Attempted to schedule repairs in May. Was told they would come out on June. No one called me, and no one showed up, so I called them back and was told they were delayed due to awaiting materials. I had the materials on site and that was noted in my account. I was told to call back if I didn't hear back by 7/7. Didn't hear back until Someone showed up 7/9 with no materials and completed the repair with the siding I already had.

The repair was good, lending itself to the 3 star rating, but don't expect it to be done in a timely fashion or with any sense of responsibility/communication coming from Oaks.

Side note, this company is clearly owned as a conglomerate of construction companies since I got calls from multiple business numbers about this service relating to different businesses including Graves Construction. The fact that they do not represent themselves as a singular entity concerns me. I do not think they can handle the scope of their current operation.
