Morreall and Co replaced damage garage door trim for me and did a great job! They were prompt in getting an estimate to me and were timely with the repair as well! Completed project looks great!

I had my roof and gutters done recently and both turned out great. I appreciated the communication with Taylor and when they came back out to fix a couple things to my preference with no hassle. Overall a great experience and a fair price.

Scheduling was very simple. Nick quickly made a determination as to the scope of the repairs needed and made sure to get the job done ASAP before another storm hit to prevent further damage or leaking which I really appreciated. I would absolutely go with Morreall & Company again for any future issues!

From the estimate to the completed project on my new roof I was totally satisfied with my experience with Morreall Roofing. A complete tear off makes an incredible mess but you would never know it because the cleanup was spotless. The workers were here for two twelve hour days including a weekend day and did an amazing job.

My roof is beautiful! It was done quickly- within about 3-4 days. There was someone available to talk to when issues came up and things were rectified efficiently! Taylor, Nick, and Emily are all great! Siding repair was also completed!

The guys were amazing in this frigid weather in Greece, New York. We had continuous below wind chill temperatures and until one of my grandsons had come over and knocked down some large icicles and tried with a shovel to pound with the shovel through a very thick and chunky ice dam in the left front of my house and couldn't do it, I realized due to years past, I needed help and went online and found that hammering was not the best solution. I found that Morreall & Company had great reviews. They used steam on both the front and back of the house to get rid of ice dams and I know they also had to do some roof raking particularly on the back. I would recommend them highly.

We were very pleased with our experience with everyone at Morreall & Co. They worked with us to get the project within the budget we had set, and were very patient when I changed the design order slightly in the middle of the installation. The actual crew was very noninvasive to our day and treated our property with respect...the cleanup at the end of the project was very well done. Couldn't be happier to recommend these folks to anyone.

I am extremely happy with the service and products from Morreall and Company! They gave me a great pricing, amazing person to person connection and did an amazing job on my roof. What I am even more pleased with is when there were “hiccups” (weather delay/ 3rd service party issue) they went above and beyond to rectify everything and stayed true to their words! I cannot stress enough how great this company was and will be using them again in future endeavors! Absolutely recommend.

I just had my roof done in July 2025 (complete tear-off). The estimate happened quickly and i was left with a book so i could spend time picking out the perfect shingles. I liked that they use owens corning - which i think is higher quality and the other companies i received estimates from use other, less-desireable materials in my opinion. Payment was easy and i didnt have to pay until it was fully inspected by the owner and I was happy with everything -- minor repair had to be done to a small piece of siding.

A large number of shingles on the upper portion of the roof on my split level home, were ripped off and completely damaged during a severe wind storm days before Christmas. I called Morreall & Company that morning and Nick Morreall quickly arrived at my house within 2 hours. Nick assessed the damages and immediately installed a large emergency tarp in order to protect the roof and prevent any water leakage. Nick provided a written estimate of the anticipated significant repairs to replace all of the shingles on the upper portion of the roof once the winter weather subsides in order to do the job. Morreall & Company have been absolutely fantastic and I would highly recommend them for any roofing work that needs to be completed.

We called our roofer Morreall to have snow and ice damn removal services done. We selected Morreall because they offer steam removal of ice dams which prevents damage of roof and gutters. They were able to fit us in within the week. While costly it was far better then the cost of damages that could occur if not addressed. They were on site for roughly 5 hours and did an excellent job. I highly recommend their services!

We had Morreall & Company replace our roof in October 2025. A full tear-off of two previous shingle layers! Then replacement of several 4×8 sheets of plywood, then new Owens Corning architectural shingles on top, and all the necessary new flashing and etc, the whole deal. We had no issues at all with the whole process. The entire crew was very professional, and took great care of our property. In addition to the roof itself looking great at the end, we were also very impressed by the cleanup! Literally nothing was left behind, the final cleanup was excellent. Great attention to detail. My husband and I went with Morreall and Co. when we decided it was time for a new roof. Since it was a big decision we checked around and asked other families in Webster who they would recommend. The name that kept coming up was Morreall. We couldn’t be happier with the results. The roof looks great. It was handled by a large crew and completed it one day! Everything was completely cleaned up and the workers were very professional and friendly. Besides all that, the price was very competitive. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for a new roof!

Moreall was able to fit me in quickly for ice dam removal. I was extremely impressed with the professionalism and attention to detail and how neat they were. They cautioned me about where they would be putting ice chunks, covered vulnerable areas, and left the driveway completely clear (cleaner than when they came!). I appreciated that they used safe and gentle removal equipment to avoid roof damage, and also education about how to avoid future issues. They weren’t cheap but we were at significant risk of water damage that would have caused life threatening mold issues and we have a vulnerable family member. I’m quite certain we spent less to have the ice removed than we would have to fix leak problems, based on how bad the damming was. I wish I had before pics of the huge icicles breaking off directly in front of our main door and water built up behind our shutters, and all the mounds of snow and ice elsewhere compared to after pics of a 💯 clean roof we were left with! I also was so happy to support a family owned business!

Would recommend Morreall to anyone looking for a roofing/exterior service. We had an issue with ice dams at our house and Nick was out promptly to take a look and offered us a few solutions. Moved forward with ice/snow removal for the roof and he and his crew were out a day later and did an excellent job.

It was refreshing to deal with someone who honestly lays out your problems and reviews solutions without feeling the pressure of being upsold at every opportunity. They're respectful of your time and provide excellent customer service. While the roof was being cleared Nick noticed a few small issues that were causing water to enter our home. He was back the next day to seal them up and cleared snowfall from the previous night as well without me even asking.

Our plan is to use Morreall & Company again in the Spring to do a larger update of our roofing and gutter system and trust they'll do an excellent job.

The company was incredibly responsive and helpful when we had a gutter emergency. They came to give an estimate within two days, and had everything replaced/repaired within a week. The new gutters look great and are certainly much better than what we had before!
