I called Adonis Roofing for a leak in my roof that damaged ceiling. My call was quickly answered by the owner William. He was at my home the very next morning, investigated the issue, explained and repaired it in less than 30 min. His customer service is impeccable and his prices are very reasonable. I will be using him and his company for my future roofing needs. I highly recommend them.

After being referred to Adonis and reading other reviews we called for an estimate and the owner, William, came out quickly and delivered the estimate soon thereafter. We obtained several others, some of which were within the same range and others that were ridiculously higher. William assured he could get the roof done before we left for an extended vacation we previously planned and he was responsive in providing insurance and communicating any changes due to typical Rochester weather. The crew came out the next available good weather day and were able to complete the roof in less than 1.5 days, with oversight from their beautiful, well behaved 🐶. We will continue to recommend Adonis roofing and support local business owners in this area. The roof looks beautiful and we're beyond pleased!

After getting estimates from 7 companies and speaking with their representatives I chose Adonis Roofing and that was the right decision. Everything he explained about the job incl. material, timeline, price, etc. was exactly what was delivered. He has an excellent crew and they worked quickly and efficiently to complete the job. I had a tear off and replacement on a ranch house. They showed up at 7am and were done, cleanup included, by 2:30pm. Btw: William Ortiz, the owner, is up on the roof with the crew, nice to see the boss getting his hands dirty and ensuring work is getting done correctly. I had recommended Adonis to my next door neighbor when I signed up and she also signed up. They did her roof the following day, on the roof by 7am and done by 12:30pm. Other than having two good looking roofs you wouldn't know they were there. The price was very competitive with the other estimates, well actually lower. From my experience with this company I would highly recommend them for you roofing needs.

After Discovering two leaks in our roof after 23 years, I contacted the builder of our home. He recommended Adonis Roofing.
My wife and I met with William and he explained the job at hand.
It took him and his crew less than 2 days to replaced the entire roof and the one skylight. Pricing, workmanship, and cleanup were excellent. The crew arrived on time, worked very hard, and on a very windy day did an outstanding job at cleaning up the yard. During the work, 3 window screens were damaged. I brought this to Williams attention. He told me he would have the screens repaired and they were replaced several days later.
I definitely recommend Adonis Roofing and have been mentioning how good of a job they did to friends and family.

Adonis did a excellent job at my house and I am very happy with the final product! In the course of my job, I oversee and monitor over 100 residential and commercial roofing jobs/year and I am extremely impressed with William (owner is William Ortiz) and his entire operation. William is on-site for the entire job overseeing every detail and keeping a VERY clean job-site. A messy site is a pet peeve of mine and I had no issues at all. We had damaged sheathing on our 1st floor porch and the shingles were torn off and the damaged sheathing needed to be replaced. They also relocated bathroom vents, replaced a skylight, connected gutters/downspouts and some additional metal trim work replacement. Adonis comes with a large crew that attacks the job and completes it quickly, efficiently and with respect to your property and neighbors. William was very easy to work with and I was impressed with how reasonable he was with the few add-ons that were part of my job scope. There was one item that was not completed but William quickly scheduled a day to come back and complete the scope of work. Replacing a roof is often the most expensive home repair that anyone will do and this company will treat you fairly and respectfully. I will recommend them to anyone needing roof work - you should feel confident that contracting with Adonis will get you an excellent roofing job at a very fair and competitive price and that you are dealing with honest people who care about their reputation.

I was referred to Adonis Roofing for a complete tear off/new roof and glad I did. Will(the owner), did a great job explaining what i needed done. I had obtained 2 other estimates and Will didn't come across like a sales pitch--he was wonderful and straight up with me. The price was extremely fair and lower than the other 2 quotes without him knowing their estimates. You don't see many companies where the owners are doing the work alongside their crew. This was another factor in going with Adonis. He sees and contributes to the quality, effort and teamwork his employees do in order to ensure customer satisfaction and a job well done. Will also kept me informed of any updates such as additional OSB boards needed once they were into job. His staff all worked hard and diligently and even made sure any scraps, nails, etc., was removed from the property. I couldn't have been more pleased with the outcome of my roof. 5 stars doesn't justify their efforts, quality, customer service, etc--they did a 10 star job! I would recommend Adonis Roofing to anyone without hesitation.

I chose Adonis Roofing because I saw what a great job they did on my neighbors house a couple years ago. On top of that William donated the shingles and other material so that me and a friend could repair an elderly ladies porch while she was in the hospital. I kept him in mind because of that.
Not only did he give me a great price on my roof. But his communication and attention to detail is second to none. His crew did a complete tear off and new roof in a day and half. Absolutely wonderful job on my roof tear off and install. Very professional and polite crew of employees. Respectful of my property and my neighbors. The were right on time and worked very efficiently. William was very responsive, polite, knowledgeable and professional from the very first conversation we had. William Ortiz & his Adonis team did an excellent job & I would gladly recommend them. William showed up to complete his estimate precisely at our agreed day/time. This is important to me. He listened to my concerns and provided options. He presented me with an estimate & once I accepted it he was in regular contact with me to about scheduling the job. The entire team arrived on time (early) and worked until the day's tasks were completed. They cleaned up after each day & did a final thorough cleanup upon completion of the job.
