If I could give them a zero star I will. This is not to bash them but hopefully this does not happen to another customer. If you do decide to go with this company get on a ladder and check their work/your gutters.

The roofing project was only supposed to take one day to do, but it took longer than expected due to quality issues
- They came to my house unannounced and don't communicate when they are coming by( I will see them on my ring doorbell)
-They send subcontractors to your house that do not speak English
-Every time I ask the contractors what is supposed to be done, they always tell me something different, and I have to contact sell rep to ensure the correct things are being done/ communicated with the staff
-They came to my house and just started working on the roof, and they did not correct the issue for the correct shingles multiple times
-I voiced my concerns to the sale rep and no management contacted me to check in with my concerns
-Even though I voiced my concerns, they did not even offer a discount for their wrongdoing

My house is beautiful! The crew worked diligently everyday, long hours to get the job done right. They definitely knew their craft. The work was completed in 6 days! They did their best to leave the work site cleared and safe at the end of each workday. Any questions and concerns I had were addressed promptly by the contractor and supervisor. We have new siding, gutters, trim, etc., beautiful accent work in the front. I am so very pleased.

I could not be more happy with the work Exceptional Exteriors did on our house! Daryl and his crew completely transformed our home with new siding, stone, garage door, roof and gutters. People keep raving about how great the house looks and how they have to double take when driving by because they don’t recognize it. The owner Daryl was down to earth, flexible and easy to work with! His price was thousands of dollars less than the big name companies that we also received estimates from. His crew was very professional, friendly, fast and they cleaned up after themselves. I strongly recommend Exceptional Exteriors for your next home project!

Exceptional Exteriors just completed installing vinyl siding, two entry doors, window and door wraps, new soffits, some facia repair and trim replacement on our house. It looks fantastic!
The existing exterior cedar shingles were completely removed and replaced with house wrap, insulation and Cape Cod Style vinyl shakes and clapboard. We are very pleased with way the house looks now.
All the work was done in a timely fashion, at the quoted price and the work crew were very hard working and efficient.
It was a pleasure working with Jessie, he is very quick to respond to any questions that arose. Jessie, Daryl and Murphy were all easy to work with. I would not hesitate to contact them for any future work I might have.

I hired Exceptional Exteriors to redo my roof. They were excellent to work with from beginning to end. Daryl and his team worked hard to get me in their schedule quickly as I had an active water leak in my roof that was damaging a bedroom ceiling. Their crew showed up on time, and worked for 10 hours straight to complete the job within a day. They cleaned up all the debris in the yard and even replaced parts of the carport trim that had broken off. They also spray painted one of my roof vents so that it looked better and didn’t charge me for the second dumpster they had to rent because there was so much debris from 4 layers on parts of my roof from previous homeowner. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for roof work!

I am always leery of working with a new contractor. After getting several estimates I decided to go with Exceptional Exteriors. I couldn't have made a better decision! Jessie came out for the estimate and arranged everything. He was professional, accommodating to my requests and schedule, the gutters look amazing, everything was cleaned up and the price was fair. I highly recommend them.

Exceptional Exteriors is not just their name, but their way of doing business. The initial estimate to job completion was a wonderful experience.
The initial estimate with Jessie was great. He was not pushy or distracted. He is friendly, personable, and very patient with all my questions. He stayed involved throughout the entire process. He made sure the process went smooth and that I was happy. Every time I had a question, he was never was bothered and answered my questions immediately.
The crew that put on the siding are fabulous. They are friendly, polite and hard workers. Their attention to detail and wanting to do the job correctly was very much appreciated. The crew always arrive early and started work immediately. They cleaned up everyday.
I also had new gutters installed. Felix and his crew came. They were wonderful. They were very personable. They went around the house with me, to be sure i was happy with how they were going to install the gutters.
When I would ask a question, he always was so happy to stop what he was doing and answer my question, He truly wanted to be sure I was happy with the process and install.
The entire team at Exceptional Exteriors are committed to ensure the work is done correctly and that I was happy with the works.

I just had all the siding on my house replaced and new gutters installed by Exceptional Exteriors, and I couldn't be more pleased with the experience from start to finish!

Jessie was incredible from day one. He kept me in the loop the entire time, answered every question, and made the whole project feel totally stress free. His level of communication and professionalism made a huge difference!

The work crew, led by Jose, was also awesome! They were friendly, respectful of my home, and super detail oriented. One thing that really stood out was how they added matching blocks around the light fixtures and exterior outlets: those little touches made the whole house look very polished and intentional. They clearly took pride in their work, right down to the thorough cleanup at the end.

The transformation is amazing! The workmanship is excellent, and my house honestly looks better than I expected! If you want a company that delivers excellent results and genuinely great customer service, I’d 100% recommend Exceptional Exteriors. They absolutely earned this five-star review!

After getting several quotes from the "bigger" well known roofing companies in town I passed William and his crew working on another home in our neighborhood. I could tell instantly based on observation of the work being completed I needed to call them for an estimate. William came within a day to provide an estimate that beat the other reputable companies by a significant amount and after signing on they were here within 2 weeks to get the job done. I have worked with contractors for most of my life from getting estimates to managing job completion and Adonis is one of the best that I have ever worked with. William the owner is on site for the entire process. From start to finish a complete tear off and replacement was completed within 24 hours. The communication was on spot, the crew that was here was polite and respectful! It is RARE to find a crew that worked as hard as this crew did! You will not be disappointed in hiring Adonis Roofing to complete your job!!

I obtained 4 estimates to do a complete roof tear off and skylight installation. I decided to go with Adonis Roofing and I am glad I did. It only took his crew 1 day to complete the job and it looks great. A few small issues popped up and William went out of his way to make sure I was satisfied. I highly recommend you consider Adonis Roofing when you need a new roof!

Adonis did a tear-off and replacement of a gambrel roof on our barn. From the initial walk- through and estimate to the final clean up, William and crew were a pleasure to work with. Highly recommend Adonis Roofing! When I requested the estimate he came that day and when we decided to go with him he got us in that week. He told me they would be at my house at 7am, they were right on time and up on the roof right away. He did a full roof replacemtent and 3 skylights, by 2pm they were done and all cleaned up. They were all very nice to work with and we are very happy with how everything turned out!

We were very pleased with our experience and the new roof that Adonis Roofing installed. The owner gave a free and fairly priced estimate the same day that I called. They were able to start the job ahead of schedule and arrived with a large crew that got right to work and worked quickly and efficiently to complete the job. I hired Adonis after watching them do 2 neighbors roofs. No regrets! We were the 3rd out of 4 houses on our street to use them this summer. William, the owner was a pleasure to work with. At the time of the original estimate the price of lumber was at a premium. When it was time to do the job, prices had dropped and William dropped the cost of any plywood needing replacement to reflect the change. A savings for me. A possible loss for him. To me, a sign of his character. Since I've worked in the building trades 40+ yrs I can promise you that is "Rare". The crew was efficient, hardworking with very little direction. They knew what they were doing. I would not hesitate to recommend Adonis to anyone.

I used Adonis and his crew 2 years ago for a demo project and small roof repair knowing I needed a complete tear off within a couple years. Once again he provided a competitive quote and I knew it would be done correctly and swiftly. He and his crew arrived on time and had everything completed and cleaned up within a day! He was able to correct the poor work performed from previous owners of this house. Cannot rave about him enough and how satisfied I am with the awesome job he and his crew did. The roof looks incredible and has solved the water issues I was experiencing.

I had a great experience with Adonis roofing. Communication was great from beginning to end. They did a tear off and new roof installation on one of the hottest days of the year and worked non stop. They do a great job of protecting your house and the area surrounding. They also go around with a magnet to gather all the stray nails. The roof came out great, I highly recommend their services
