I was first impressed with how quickly Chris responded back to my inquiry, he called me back the same day. He came out to my house and we walked through the yard together, so I could explain exactly what I wanted done.

Chris and his crew arrived promptly and with skill and attention to detail did a fantastic job with my yard! My gardens were all very weedy and overwhelmingly overgrown so this wasn't a small job. Chis and his crew were polite and professional and I definitely recommend them!

Chris and his team are awesome! Very responsive, hard working, respectful and great attention to detail. They took out my trees, overgrown brush, stumps, metal posts and chicken wire along my lot line. He leveled the ground, installed a black chain link fence and spread grass seed. My fence and grass look awesome. No more going out every spring myself and trimming the overgrown brush. I would highly recommend!!!!!!

Clark and his crew did a great job pruning trees and removing branches hanging over the garage. They made sure I was happy with everything, were polite and responsive and cleaned up everything down to the last twig. This is the second time I have used their service and why I called them again. Definitely would recommend them.

Clark and his crew should be the only company you consider for your tree needs. They are a very professional and knowledgeable team. We had a very large, mature Silver Maple in our postage stamp size backyard. If that was not a challenge enough, the power line went right through the canopy of the tree. They coordinated the power shut off with RGE ( and even continually checked back on us that evening to make sure the power was restored). The yard was cleaned up impeccably and there wasn't even a tire mark from the bucket truck in my grass! My only regret was not having them remove a large tree from my front yard the year before! We were very satisfied customers and would recommend All Around Landscape and Tree Service.

Clark and His Crew did an Excellent Job, removing branches and limbs that were blocking My r oof from the sun so it could breath, and scaping the side of my house and windows.

I recently hired KD Rochester Tree Service for some much-needed tree trimming and removal on my property. Overall, I was pleased with their service. The team was professional, skilled, and efficient in handling the tree removal and cleanup. The yard looks much tidier and safer now. However, there was a minor issue with scheduling, as they arrived later than expected. Despite this, the quality of their work and their friendly attitude more than made up for the delay. I would recommend KD Rochester Tree Service for their expertise and dedication to customer satisfaction.

Very professional, we had 2 trees taken down and they did it fast and very well. Everything was removed and our yard was cleaned up afterwards. We were very pleased with the service and highly recommend!

We had KD Rochester Tree Services work on tree removals and tree pruning at two of our properties. Their team arrived on schedule committed to us, completed the work well and to our satisfaction, and left the site clean. We have been very happy with their services. Their price for the work was the best in the market. We are planning to bring them next year for some more work.

I contracted with KD Tree Service to remove two large trees and grind the stumps. They gave a very competitive price. Overall, they did a good job. The work crew was friendly and professional.

I had a large limb break and was dangling above my house. I called Chris at KD; within an hour I had a quote, and within 24 hours his guys were at my house removing it. I conveyed the urgency to Chris and he delivered immediately. Chris was pleasant and thorough in all communications, and his guys were prompt, courteous, and did a perfect job. They cut it down, chopped it up, and hauled it away without any sign they were there. I couldn’t recommend them enough.

Installed a timber retaining wall and regraded our backyard to level it off. They did a great job! They brought in dirt, leveled it and seeded it. They showed up when they said they would and completed the project within the requested timeframe. I would definitely recommend them and I will use them again!

I had 8 ash trees removed from my back yard. 4 of them were quite large and took quite a bit of work. The crew worked very hard and in very hot weather.
I spoke with them beforehand about using ropes to ease the limbs down but they seemed to ignore that request and were dropping several large limbs / logs down from the top of the lift leaving dozens of divots in my yard. They also dropped one down on to my yard cart which smashed it into pieces but they did end up crediting me $50 for that.

We are still upset, however, that they completely eliminated about a 7ft wide, 15ft high portion of the privacy shrubs / smaller trees we had in our back yard and didn’t offer us any type of resolution other than that they appreciated our patience and everything should grow back in a few weeks which simply isn't going to happen. I spoke with them beforehand about keeping these intact as much as possible. They said they would have to trim some of them back but would be mindful about not doing too much which I was okay with thinking that trimming meant that they would grow back sometime soon.

Unfortunately, they completely disregarded my concerns and cut the main privacy tree in that area to a point where it will take years to grow back if it doesn’t end up dying. They also cut / broke several other limbs to get to the lower portion of the ash tree that was back there. I had previously tied off the shrubs / branches so that the lower part of the tree they needed to cut was accessible and was livid that they didn’t talk to us before clearing out such a large space. Now we have a huge gap in our shrubs and basically have a giant window to our neighbor’s backyard.

They did, however, get all of the trees down at an affordable price so I am grateful for that. I do wish I went with Flower City Tree though since their quote was just a few hundred dollars more and they seemed to be more experienced with larger projects like this one.

The crew did a great job of trimming a silver maple and getting limbs away from over the house roof. When they were done they raked up the lawn and got the saw dust off the driveway and car. I would definitely recommend this company for any landscaping projects. Great job guys!
