I had an issue with my heater. Tom came in the morning and did his diagnostic and figured out the issue very quickly. He ordered the part by noon, and his other team members came and resolved the issue. If you have any issues with your heater I recommend serve-well.

What a great company made a call at 6 o’clock in the morning and the hot water heater was brand new put in by 10 o’clock in the morning thank you guys for being there when we had an emergency. What a great job you did.

My experience with Serve-Well Plumbing and Heating has been excellent. It has been generational. Tom's dad installed the original boiler some 35 plus years and Tom provided the same professional service with this installation. The old boiler was removed and the new one installed within a few hours. The warmth provided by the new boiler to the entire house was the only sign that they had been here. Clean-up was spotless. Job well done!!!

I chose Serve-Well because of their stellar reviews. After coming out to build an estimate, they called and said--without explanation--they could not do the work. That work included capping a gas line so that the 84-year-old homeowner could enjoy an electric range. Other work included replacing a drain pipe for a bathroom sink. We also discussed installing a washer, which I knew might not be possible. I know they cannot do everything, but nothing? Bizarre.

Tom, the service man, or should I rather say Service technician ( I say technician because he handle it as if he was working on a computer.) He has great manners. He does not have any brash manners he answers all the questions he basically did a Most comprehensive gas boiler service for me and got the thing working, which was also a problem to make heat.

I intend to use him again for your annual service and also to replace about 10 radiator valves as everything is hissing once I give it a good run through the beginning at the real heating system After the clean and chemical he put in does it its job and I drain the unit.

I have dealt with several other so-called Heating plumbers and they charged a lot of money. Most of them had fees to just step into the house that would be deducted from the actual cost this place does not they are authorized by Weill Mclien. Most of those other people that worked on this unit tended to make things worse in the long run and that’s probably why he had to do an entire service on it, but not at least I know where I stand and I will definitely use them as indicated above.

Water heater failed on a Friday. No one’s idea of a good time. Tom took care of business quickly, efficiently, and professionally. He was easy to work with from start to finish, genuinely knowledgeable about plumbing, and provided top-notch service at a reasonable price.
