Serve-Well was excellent. I spoke to Tom at about 11:30 AM and by 3:30 PM I had a brand new commercial grade AO Smith hot water heater installed at a competitive price. Louis and Erick were terrific—very efficient quick, friendly and answered all my questions. Would highly recommend.

Woke up to a flooding basement due to a broken water heater. Tom responded and showed up within minutes from my call. He had a spare new water heater in his truck so was able to replace the old one quickly. I won't know if his fee was within range but will say that he responded to my emergency at 7:00 in the morning with urgency and took care of the problem swiftly. Very professional and knowledgeable. For all those reasons, I will use him again.

My Steam Boiler broke this Christmas. Called Serve-We’ll and Tom came quickly. Tom and his team installed a new Steam boiler and removed the busted one really quickly. The job was neat and professional and they cleaned up all materials. You can tell they are good people. I would definitely recommend

The best plumbers in Queens may be in Manhattan Brooklyn and Staten Island. Tom is outstanding father, Fred taught the son to be the best plumber in the area. I highly recommend them.

Tom came and did a Chemical flush and checked and gave us information about our boiler we did not know even corrected an issue on the boiler at no extra charge. Very professional and nice and reasonably price. Will be using Serve Well and Tom again in future.

If you are in need of a hot water heater and want to do it right look no further. Thomas is a Professional at his trade, has plumbing in his blood. I spoke to Thomas by phone worked over the details and the next day with in 2 hours I had my AO Smith Pro line installed. It's a very high rated hot water heater with a 10 year warranty. They stand behind what they sell and install. All plumbing was top notch and courteous and pleasant. Skip the Box stores!

I called this company for a shower, water line issue. He fixed it immediately. He is very compassionate, helpful, and an expert within the field. He was very friendly throughout the entire process. I would strongly recommend to take this companies services to fix both plumbing and heating work.

Serve well installed our new gas boiler and new water tank when we update our old oil boiler. Work very clean and professional. Our water heater tank got a leak and called there emergency # for advise what to do and told me to shot off the water valve and the water leak stop. He came the following day at 7:30am and replace the tank. He work very clean and professional. I will recommend serve-well on all plumbing problems.

Had Tom from Serve Well come to my house in Middle Village Queens to do some plumbing work.
Tom was on time and went right to work. He replaced my kitchen sink trap, dishwasher connection and additional drain pipes under the sink. Job looks and works great!!

Boiler broke down Sunday am, they were in my house Sunday afternoon and back early the next morning. Professional, friendly, responsbile and overall just great to work with. He also made sure all the radiators and baseboards were working before leaving and gave us advice for the future. 10/10

On Feb 2nd my Moms boiler stopped working.I decided to research plumbing companies in her area and was fortunate enough to see the company called Serve -Well .
I decided to call them on Feb 3rd around 7:30 AM and spoke to Tom and he informed me he would come out soon and he kept his word. Tom solved the problem in 3 minutes. My husband and I felt confident with Tom’s knowledge, and professionalism. If I could I’d give him 10 Stars I would.If anyone is looking for a knowledgeable,respectable, trustworthy plumber Serve Well is who you should call .

Addendum: I called Tom early Sunday morning 2/8/26 , to inform him our thermostat temperature was dropping into 60’s when we had it set at 75. He immediately knew what the issue was and informed me that he had another client with the same problem . He informed me that due to the extreme high winds on Saturday it caused the spill on the furnace to disconnect,so he so kindly guided my nephew through what to do to reset it . Thank God it worked and the heating was restored. In this day and age it is so difficult to find reliable, trustworthy people. Tom definitely is someone who you can rely and trust . Amazing customer service, extremely helpful, and patient during what was an intense high-volume time. Worked with Tom and would highly recommend his service. Even though he was handling several calls, made time to check back in to ensure we were still in good shape after he left.

Lost heat on the first snow fall of the year. I searched on line for plumbers in my area and came across Serve-Well who had high ratings. I spoke with Tom who was very professional. I described the condition and scheduled an appointment. Tom arrived promptly at the scheduled time; made the necessary repairs and restored heat within a few hours. We are very satisfied and would contract Server-Well to service our home again!
