Jerromey has been a huge help to our family over the last couple of years. We've had him out to the house 4 or 5 times now and he always gets the job done. Jerromey and his staff are friendly, knowledgeable and trustworthy. He's even showed up on Sundays and when he's supposed to be on vacation... This guy is the best. I highly recommend Drain Busters.

All I have to say is wow! Never had such an amazing experience with a plumbing company. I called at 830am for an issue at one my rental properties and main line was there on the job fixing the issue within a hour! They also changed out some old cast iron pipe to pvc for me in the basement. The communication and response time still has me blown away. I would highly recommend them to anyone with plumbing needs. Really appreciated the fast great response when I called Mainline Plumbing. The friendliness from Tina on the phone to Joe, Jordan, David and the rest of the crew that performed the faucet repairs and a faucet replacement. I would highly recommend Main Line Plumbing! I sent a request for a quote and got a phone call from the owner within 30 minutes. I explained my situation and they came out to take a look at everything within 2 hours. I was quoted a very fair price which they honored, and the work was done by the following afternoon. We had an issue with our shower valve not allowing enough hot water through. Mainline came out and quickly identified the issue and quickly repaired in very little time. Dont be nervous to use these guys!

Contacted Angie's List for quotes on faucet and shut-off valve replacement and Main Line responded very quickly. They were able to provide an estimate over the phone after I sent some photos, and sent someone the same day to do the work. Job was done quickly and looks great.

We replaced our water heater with them. I found them online but not sure. I sent a request for quote. As we compared with other one , their quote was fair one and almost 700$ less. The work was done in next day. Amazing customer service too. Even I got a message from the owner early morning hours.we are glad the work was nice, friendly and awesome job. The other company charged service fee 100$ + for just visiting and giving estimate. But Joe didn’t ask anything during the visiting for estimate. He trusted us and we did that too. We highly recommend them to anyone.

We had very poor water pressure in master shower and a thumping noise behind the wall. I had two other plumbers come out and never fully fixed the problem. The guys came out and did a thorough inspection and assessed the problem. They ordered the part and it was replaced today and the shower works GREAT!! The technician, Joe, went above and beyond by calling Delta Faucet for me to communicate defect and order the replacement sprayer. My sump pump died and it had to be replaced right away because water level rises quickly this time of year in my basement. I called Main Line Plumbing. Joe and his technicians were at my house in 10 minutes to replace the pump. They completed the job in a very short time at a fair price. I highly recommend their service. What a great crew and professional group of workers. They were personable, focused and consistent. It was good to see people actually working, not being on their phone constantly and finishing the job in a timely manner. The area was impeccable, when the work was completed. I would highly recommend this company and would actually use them again, should I be in need of plumbing service. My issue was a gas line I needed extended to my already situated generator. We called on a Saturday morning to Main Line after looking at the reviews of customers because our garbage disposal leaked water under our sink. We were fortunate that they would come that day and take care of our leak. My husband went to Home Depot and purchased a new garbage disposal and Main Line installed it. The repair also had to replace another leaky connection. We were most pleased at their workmanship and the price.

Friendly and fast service. Had a clogged sink and they were able to get to my house within 2hrs and fixed it quickly. Joe was friendly and offered some suggestions on how to avoid the issue in the future.
