Very professional, they were here within an hour of the problem being found. They installed and removed the old water heater in record time! Highly recommend this company!!

Our HW heater had a small leak on the top, not a crisis. I sent Main Line an email as soon as I identified it. I received a reply within 2 hrs and an appointment for an estimate. Joe, the company president, did the the initial review and sent a proposal within 30 minutes of leaving. The price was right and timing accommodating. The crew was timely, professional and friendly. Joe showed up to do the final inspection. All was good. Great service, responsiveness and overall good people.

On multiple occasions this company has saved me from a lot of headaches. Whether it was a clogged pipe or a broken hot water tank they were there in a moments notice to assess and remedy the situation correctly. On top of that, the workers are knowledgeable, personable, and act in the best interest of the customer.

Water heater broke and started leaking on a Friday morning. Rather than letting us face an entire weekend without hot water, Joe and his team rallied late on a Friday afternoon to pickup a new water heater and install it for us. I’m certain plenty of others would have pushed us off until Monday, but not this team. Joe and company are simply the best. They will always be my first and only call for service.

Called for a leak in my bathroom. Mainline was over quickly and resolved the issue within 30 minutes and cleaned up. Plumber was smart and courteous. Price was very fair. Nothing bad to say. 5 stars.

Fabulous!!! Answered on a Saturday after a holiday & arranged to come 1st thing Monday AM. The 2 men who came were professional & clearly knew what they were doing. I had to call my septic service company too & the main guy gave the septic company all the info they needed including detailed info on how lines inside were run. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

Jordan, Joe and their team did a fantastic job on my drain repair. Jordan gained my confidence from the start, initally from a reference and then displaying his knowledge during quote. After the repair started, they found additional issues with the system that they were able to take care of while everything was opened up. Their pricing was very reasonable and their work was top notch. These guys know what they are doing. I highly recommend working with this team

The two gentlemen Dwayne and David were very nice and knowledgeable. Dwayne explained everything and I took copious notes. Dwayne even gave me options to try after this visit if I still had a leak in the tub because where you bring up the latch to hold water in the tub for a bath that hole is deteriorating because of chalk or age. I really learned a lot of valuable information from Dwayne. I would recommend them to other people that I know. Dwayne said for me to call Jordan if I was going to get a new cast iron porcelain tub to find out how much it would cost to install it after I go and look at what tub I want. It was a Great Experience.

I had a problem with my water heater. The pressure relief valve opened and flooded my basement floor. Called several places and all could not come same day. Main Line came over in a few hours. Alec was prompt and extremely professional and quickly diagnosed the problem. I’m calling them first the next time I have a problem!
