Had missing P-traps in both of my bathrooms… Alec and Joe were so helpful and honest. They were hard working, professional and kind. The price was as quoted. We will definitely use them in the future if we need a good honest reliable plumber. They had to cut into the drywall and were very neat. The lines were clean and they left no mess behind. Thanks guys! So glad to have these plumbing issues fixed.

Changed a toilet flange and main water shutoff and Alec did a phenomenal job. Will definitely use Mainline in the future to replace my water heater and hope that I get Alec to do the work. Great job Mainline kudos.

We had 2 leaky faucets and the 2 fellas from Mainline repaired one and replaced the other with one we had purchased. I appreciated their kindness with changing the appointment, and their knowledge and skills. A new shutoff valve was also placed- so nice! Thanks, Main Line!

Main water valve replacement....had an emergency in July was leaving for vaca...they saved the day! Finally had the valve replaced...guys were nice and quick..literally took the booties off and on every time they left the house!! Sooo appreciated their scheduling and notifications....texts with photos of who and when they are coming. Def will use them again.

After a pin hole leak caused water damage to our finished basement, contacted Main Line to do a shut off valve inside the house for a hose bib on the rear of the home. Joe told me it was a frost free hose bib and we didn't require a shut off valve. Unusual to have a contractor tell you not to spend the money on something unnecessary! Very refreshing! What Joe did recommend was an upgraded u-joint connection from the original leak fix that I had done with a friend. Especially since the joint was going to be drywalled in again. These guys get A+. In addition to the honesty, communication was exceptional from making the appt to the morning of arrival.

I called this company asking for a price quote to have my toilet snaked and told them I have a hung sewer line. The person I spoke to on the phone said that they had no clue what a hung sewer was and that that was a made up term. It is very much a real thing and a commonly used term. A plumbing company not knowing this is a MAJOR red flag.

Great service. Fast and efficient. We had to replace our water heater and could get that replaced in one day. Jeremy and team were very professional courteous and reliable. Great job.

Main Line was beyond the best choice! They were prompt in responding, Jordan got out quickly to give quotes and Joe was friendly/courteous when communicating and getting his team activated. The team that came out (Jawaan, Alec, and David) were awesome! They were on time, professional, friendly, work was quality, and they were all patient with my questions/concerns. I cannot recommend a better, or more fairly priced, team of plumbers!

Jordan and Dave were awesome. I called them about 8:45 and they arrived to fix the burst pipe in our downstairs bathroom. They were done with the work about 11:20am !!! We have water again.

Had set up an appointment to have our water heater flushed and I was very satisfied with their service. Mike was extremely knowledgeable and explained how the systems work, and was very pleasant and personable to talk with.

Called for an emergency sewer line repair and they arrived within the hour. Jon, Paul and Cayden were knowledgeable, polite, and explained the issue thoroughly. They were able to repair our plumbing in the same day. Highly recommend!

Jeff was amazing! He went above and beyond to make sure everything was right. We had a water leak from the old tub, and had wanted to change the tub to a walk in shower with 2 grab rails, and a nice shower head with hand wand. We were able to get the sliding glass doors too. All was done in 3 days. Our house is old 1865 build and needed some extra work. It is beautiful and just in the nick of time. I broke my foot and now I'm In a cast waiting for surgery. I just took a shower, I could NEVER HAVE been able to do that in the old tub.
Highly recommend this company. If you get Jeff doing the job your in the best of hands.

Jason was very friendly and thorough when he inspected our water heater. He made several recommendations to extend the life of our tank with explanations and realistic timelines, without making it seem like he was just after a sale. Very happy that they were able to get out so quickly, too - same day service within about an hour of when I called!

Very professional gave me several update calls to notify me of his progress. Started the job at 1pm and bc of the age of the deteriorating pipes worked until 7:30pm. I am very pleased with the service and Feel confident that my plumbing issue has been taken care of completely

I had a water heater leak on my basement. I called Jack & Jill plumbing and from the lady who took my information over the phone to the technician that came to do the work I was very satisfied. First the woman , I think her name is Andrea, said that they would probably be at my house within 4 hours. I got a text within 2 hours with the technician picture, his name (jon) and a little info about him and saying that he was on his way. He showed up promptly, introduced himself and put shoe protectors to walk into my house. He did some tests and gave me a price of what the work was going to cost. After agreeing on the price he came back with a new water heater and installed it taken the old one away and leaving everything clean and wiping any areas that had any water drippings on the floors. They gave me a good warranty and I know that I'm in good hands if I have to call them again for any other projects. Thank you so much for taking care my problem in a fast and proficient manner.

Kyle was upfront about what needed to be done. When we agreed, he got right to it. Satisfied with his knowledge and his performance. Thawed our water line & ran heat tape. Hard to find mobile home plumbers, but he was good.

My plumber, Jordan was very friendly and respectful. He gave me choices and explained everything. Definitely would call this company again. We are very satisfied with the communication we had with Andrea the secretary. 5 stars out of five from us. Suzanne and Barry Helvey.

Jeff was great. He was very dependable and knowledgeable. He did a great job installing our new hot water heater. We will definitely have him come back out for some other home projects.

I cannot recommend Jack and Jill Plumbing Company highly enough, especially our technician, Jordan. We had a major stressor: a backup in our main sewer line. Jordan came out quickly, which immediately eased our worry.
He was incredibly efficient from the start. He assessed the problem fast, clearly laid out our options, and helped us choose the most reliable solution. The best part? He had the entire, complicated problem fixed and wrapped up all in a single morning.
But honestly, the thing that impressed me the most was the cleanup. Dealing with a sewer issue is messy, but Jordan left my house and basement cleaner than he found it. Seriously, it looked and smelled amazing afterward—a huge relief!
Jordan is professional, knowledgeable, and clearly takes pride in his work. If you need reliable plumbing service, look no further. I'm genuinely thrilled with his service.

We want to thank you for your prompt service and piece of mind. I realize that plumbing issues such as we had can be very costly but I feel that the work that was done should keep us flowing for quite some time. Jon did make us aware of a situation under our basement floor but made some recommendations that should work, hopefully for as long as we remain in this house.

If you like overpriced disappointment and frustration this is the company for you!
They advised they could do a shower/tub installation, but I was not told about the inexperience these workers had with that portion of my service. They will gladly cut through your walls, ceilings and cabinetry creating dust all over the entire house, but they will not repair the walls and don’t tell you this when you are provided a quote. You will need a second company to clean up their work. You are better off with a company that would do the whole bathroom remodel.
I was told they “followed the directions” when I realized the next day the shower walls were shaking so bad the shampoo wouldn’t stay on the shelf. They wanted to cut holes in other rooms to resolve their mistake instead of taking it down and doing it right. I was told I would be provided with a few contacts to fix my walls and ceilings and asked 3 times, but never received a single contact.
The shower caulk job looks like a 3 year old with sausage fingers did the work.
They also apparently sign you up for annual renewal service and do not communicate that. Oh and that service is for a water heater they never offered to touch while they were in the house for 4 days. The kicker is they can only communicate when that renewal service comes up and the want more if your money. Find anyone other than this group!
