Fraud, scams. Do not trust this company. They come to the house and literally do nothing and say it’s going to work in 24 hours so they can take the money and it will not work.

Very nice on the phone and when coming to the home. Evaluated Fridge for repair. Never returned to repair. Never returned calls to us or to home warranty company. Very unprofessional. Very sad that a company would not respond when being told a disabled adult lives in the home needing medication in the refrigerator. If they couldn't repair or get the part they could have communicated this. This review is because they didnt teturn any phone calls. When we did get them on the phone they always promised to call back and NEVER did.

I’ve had two seperate experiences with Action Lock on two different appliances.
1. In 2023 my husband washed a rug which he didn’t realize had cat litter in it, the litter clogged the entire drainage system like cement. The technician came out and pulled it all apart, cleaned it all out and then identified that the pump motor couldn’t be repaired. He ordered it, and came back when it came in and checked the system. Washer still works perfectly today.
2. This past weekend our oven stopped lighting, I gave them as much info as I could, my own assumption was the ignitor or gas valve. The tech came Monday 2 mins before his scheduled time which was perfect and had brought the spare parts. After about 10 minutes he diagnosed the lower igniter as not working. I then mentioned the broiler also wasn’t lighting and he realized it was bent into a non functional position. He was able to redirect it and both were repaired.
I’ve had two excellent experiences with their technicians. They have no control over the parts and things coming in for every different brand but they did everything they could to help us quickly. Highly recommend.

If I could give them a Zero I would. They came once to assess the fridge for repair. I waited 2 1/2 weeks for the parts. They came back without the parts and simply attempted to solder the Freon coil. They then said they needed to order parts. I waited another 3 weeks and they no showed for the appointment. How they’re still in business is beyond me.

My dryer was making a really loud grinding sound anytime when it was running, to the point I was afraid of using it. I requested a repair, and Andrey was able to diagnosis the problem and fix my dryer on the spot. Now it works great. Truly grateful. Everything was done professionally and in a timely matter. Couldn't ask for better service. Thanks again.

This company is horrible, I called in a service with a home warranty to fix a dryer, they determined a new motor was needed. Waited a week with no status, when I contacted them they stated the part was not in stock. I asked them to contact the warranty with this information and they stated they have 30 days to do so, while I wait at home with no dryer! I told them I was going to complain and pasted a lot of reviews on this page. I was told if this was a threat and that they knew my history with warranty and told me they will not work with me any longer! The home warranty confirmed this was not only inappropriate but out of their policy. This company needs to go out of business!

This job was reassigned to Sears and they got the parts in 3 days! What game is this company playing?

Good communication. Technician arrived on time and did good work. Followup appointment (to install a part that was ordered) was also easy to schedule. Work was done right, done well and clean.

I used this company through a home warranty to repair my Kenmore dishwasher. They arrived both times on time, were respectful of my home and family, and fixed my dishwasher. I had no complaints.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY - Keep this in mind, I am not the type of person who writes reviews. My main concern is that they no one else gets hurt with their lies. Technician was incompetent and actually has no idea about refrigerator repair. I have an expensive Subzero and their simple answer was "its freon leak", the compressor is no good, etc.
When I called back the next day to hear the diagnosis their answer was the fridge is no good and we cant get the parts.

I called another service who quickly identified the issue- cost me $345 instead of them making me junk my fridge

This was the first time I had to use my Choice Home Warranty Sevice Plan & I am very pleased. The technican was a true professional. Once I explained the problem, he immediately tackled the problem. The washer is up & running like new. Choice Home was a wise choice for me & I highly recommend them.
