I would love for everyone to know that I had a problem with my Ice Maker and tech Symon such a professional very polite, friendly, patient and an excellent worker who resolved my issue with the Ice Maker leaking water. When Symon came out he was able to resolve the issue and anytime I have an issue with my Ice maker, Symon is the only one that I would alow to correct the issue, he is fantastic and Applix LLC is the company because the company listened to my issue and sent a tech out withinin a matter of days, very quick response. I applaud them for there speedy timing in sending a tech to my home and getting the job done.

He came and checked couple of things and mentioned that it will require new part which they will order and will come back once they receive it. Without any follow up they confirmed when part will arrive and came on the same day when they got part and fixed the issue. Very professional (good communication, comes on time & knowledgeable).
