The Applix LLC repair staff were terrific. They were quick , professional and clean. Also the phone contact at the office were cooperative and knowledgeable.Explained the complete repair and price upfront.
I also received a call ahead when the repair staff were on their way to my house. They are definitely 5 stars.

Applix did a great job fixing our refrigerator issue. They are very knowledgeable in their field. It is very easy to communicate with them, they respond promptly via calls or texts. They are very flexible in scheduling appointments as per our convenience. They thoroughly follow up to make sure the issue is fixed and don’t mind to make multiple trips if needed. Very easy to work with and professional.

I was able to get a next day appointment and subsequently a following day repair for my LG washer. Communication was professional and timely and service was clean, efficient and within the 2 hour timeframe provided. It was a very easy process start to finish.

Dastan came and fixed my freezer ice maker that was not fixed properly by another vendor.

20 year old sub zero refrigerator. Service was great. Came right on time, evaluated the issue ordered the parts was back in a week repaired the unit and has worked great ever since. Company even followed up to confirm unit was working correctly. Don’t see this type of service everyday. I highly recommend.

Worst appliance repair company. Be careful!
Technician from this company came for my dishwasher licking problem thru my warranty company.
1. He was not able to find problem initial 10 minutes then he was trying to convince me that there is no problem.
2. I had to show him video of problem. Then he started looking more. Then he was trying to convince that because I am using dish soap. Who will use dish soap in dishwasher? I told him that this dishwasher I am using from last 5 years and we use pod. I never had problem before and now its licking.
3. Then he said there is an issue with fan, and he will order parts and someone from his company call me to schedule appointment to replace fan.
4. He submitted completely different story to warranty company by saying its wear and tear issue and it will cost $210 to repair.
5. Waste of time and money. Warranty company said they can’t do anything.
6. I called another local company, and they fixed my dishwasher. Ther was small gasket problem.
7. Summy – this company is worst and will give all reason where they can make money so be careful!

stuck with this service during dishwasher fix through warranty company. never shared true information between warranty company. Struggled for 3+week, finally fought with warranty company to change this service

This place is absolutely TRASH. They changed our appointment twice. Made arrangements to meet them on the day they proposed and they canceled it again. The contact is unprofessional, barely speaks English and did nothing but complain about how many "jobs" he has been assigned. They are a hack home warranty company with a BS website that is routed to a guy's cell phone. No office, Not professional and who knows about proper licenses and insurance. Check for yourself and simply read the dozens of similar reviews!

Our dryer first suddenly started drying clothes very noisily, and then stopped working at all. On the recommendation of friends, we invited this company. They very quickly and professionally replaced the non-working parts and now the dryer functions like new! So happy with work they have done and would definitely recommend them!

I used this company as part of the Choice Home Warranty Service Plan for my oven range when it stopped working. The technician was a true professional and figured out the issue pretty quickly, ordered the parts, and fixed them as part of the second visit. They were very quick in responding to text messages (they really raised the bar as the average response time was less than 5 minutes every time). Overall, it was a great experience with this company. ( I had to deal with other agencies in the past as part of CHW and 90% of them had no clue what they were doing.)

The establishment is very reputable, my gas oven didn't work properly the technician Shabdan came on time and fixed the problem immediately. Was very professional and knowledgeable.

Very caring and helpful. When I felt like after several failed attempts, there was no hope for my refrigerator Applix took the initiative to reach out to the manufacturer without me asking on my behalf requesting parts that I had no idea was covered. Upon receiving all necessary information Applix immediately followed up with me again informing me all necessary steps to take in order for me to get the part. Applix followed the job from beginning to end and repaired the fridge. Applix saved me a few hundred dollars and also again to see how the refrigerator was working and ensured my family if we had any further concerns they would be there to assist. Thank you again. I will definitely be using this company again and recommend to everyone for their efficiency, professionalism, expertise and excellent customer service.

I’ve never had such a great experience with plumbers before. I requested the installation of a gas oven and hood, and Andrey was exceptionally polite and professional. I asked him if I could clean the wall and floor before the new installation, and he even picked up the debris and wiped down the floors for me.

During the installation, they were very accommodating to my preferences and consistently checked the dimensions to ensure the unit was placed correctly in the kitchen. Daston and Andrey even helped me store my old appliances in the garage. If I have any future needs, I will definitely be calling them again. Thank you!
