I highly recommend Pool Doctor for pool installation or liner replacement. I have used both services from them. They provide fast and affordable service. I am grateful for their assistance when my liner tore and needed a patch.

Pool Doctor was so easy and wonderful to work with. The crew that came worked hard and were extremely professional. The office personnel were always available and on top of things. If you want the job done correct, in a timely manor and by an honest company then choose pool doctor.

From ownership, account management, customer service, to each guy on the crew - everyone we engaged with at Pool Doctors was professional and showed a high level of customer service and care. The design consultation was exactly what we needed and was spot on for our space. The pool itself is beautiful and the work and craftsmanship is exquisite. Highly recommend.

We bought our above ground pool in early February and were having a real hard time trying to find someone to install it before the season began. We live in NJ and all the installers we contacted either did not respond or told us the earliest they could install the pool was late summer or that they were fully booked. The Pool Doctor fit us into their very busy schedule and helped us through every step of the process. The day of installation they were on time and completed the job in just a few hours (in the pouring rain no less). They were very prompt with communications and made sure we were completely satisfied with the installation. I highly recommend them as their customer service is second to none.

Pool Doctor is absolutely the best! Richie did a great job with organization and efficiency of the construction of our pool. Super professional! Pool Doctor built our dream pool! From the moment we met Richie made us feel extremely comfortable with this project. He came in to see our backyard discussed our goals and objectives and was able to make suggestions on size, features, etc; Step by Step extremely detailed to complete the whole project. Richie and his team are extremely professional and provide excellent service. They set realistic timeline expectations, up front pricing and high quality work. My pool is gorgeous, they helped me make important decisions to ensure the install was done right and helped me understand how to properly care for the pool.

The team of installers was on time and professional. They listened to my needs and were considerate of my property. They removed a 23 year old above ground pool and installed a new above ground pool in one day. My new pool is beautiful. Their customer service was always courteous and were willing to work around my work schedule. I highly recommend this company for your pool needs.

Very disappointed after hearing people rave about this company I decided to try them since I just bought a house with an inground pool. I told them when making the appointment I needed opening services but I didn’t know what was under the pool cover as we just bought the house and it has not been used in 2 years. Prepared to have to pay for add on services. Assuming they would come prepared, employee showed up took cover off added shock started my equipment then said I needed chlorine tabs and a filter none of which he had . I mentioned I needed a gauge he said he would have to order . He then left without scheduling a follow up visit or telling me to schedule one. Frustrated went to local pool store took advice and now I have a sparkling pool no thanks to pool doctor! Legit waste of time

I do not recommend the pool doctors. They are overpriced, inattentive and really dont care about their customers. They treated me like a random invoice. We called them to open the pool which was $350 and they spent 5 minutes and left the pool in terrible condition. When i told them it needed to be cleaned and vacuumed they said that would be an additional $150 for startup chemicals and when they came they barely put any in and the pool was green when they left and they didnt even vacuum; Absolutely Ridiculous. I will never use them again. Absolute Scam

Bob and crew were great! They installed a 9x17 fiberglass pool in my yard and it came out perfect. They knocked it out in less then 2 days and cleaned everything from the yard to the street leaving no mess behind! I will post photos once I finish the pavers. Highly recommend them!

Michael, the manager is very knowledgeable. He listened to my concerns and made recommendations accordingly. His workers were nice but a little careless. They forgot to install the liner locker for the four corners. I had to call the office and sent in photos. They came back to finish the job. If they didn't missed this part, I would probably giving them 5 stars instead of 4.
Over all, they were responsive quickly to questions I had. The staffs were nice and professional. I am happy to pick Pool Doctor to renew the liner and equipments for my inground pool.

The staff at Pool Doctors were great. So friendly and helpful through the whole process. The installers were wonderful and son professional as well. They did a great job, everything looks and is perfect.

I used PoolDr last year for our AGP install. From my first call to them, through signing off on the completed work, the process was effortless and efficient. They were my 3rd installer I contacted to get pricing and they were hired on the spot. Competitively priced and great turn-around time to scheduling me for the work. They were also flexible with install times. They showed up on time for the estimate and the install. Install went effortless and without any issues. They were done in a few hours even with framing out and leveling a sandbox for our concrete pad installation. I was definitely pleased with their installation service. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a reputable and competitively priced company.

The only place where you get your pool done right good prices and fast work just wish there was military prices as well

Kept us informed throughout the project, worked with the town to schedule inspections and went above and beyond to get the project done. The on-site crew was diligent and managed the project to remain on schedule. They paid attention to every detail to ensure that the pool installation was done correctly and in a timely manner. I was looking for a good company to install our liner and I saw the review for Pool Doctor and decided to go for them to install the liner because I felt comfortable after speaking to them. After installing the liner, a while later we called to have them clean the pool. They came for 15 minutes and put some chemicals and cleaned the filter and left. But after they left I found the filter clogged, I called again and the lady said she would have them come again after they finish the job. 5 minutes later the lady called back saying that they would not send the guys back for free and she would have to charge me again, even though I had just paid 300 dollars. She was very rude on the phone and not understanding, the customer service was very bad, and she said if you don't care about the pool, i'll just send someone to close it. I called back asking for the owner, she said he was not there and I left my name and number for him to call back and nobody ever did. Don't recommend.
