Used this company to re-point front stoop and do some paver work in backyard. They were nice and accomodating but within a week I noticed the locking sand was coming out the joints. I tried 3 times to get them back to fix it but they didn't respond and I ended up doing it myself.

Mr Serrano and his workers were very professional when they did my outside steps. I will definately have them back for any future work that has to be done.

My backyard was transformed into one that I am proud of. I am extremely satisfied with the professionalism and service by Serranos. I retained them for maintenance and will definitely use them again for projects in the future.

I recommend this company 100%. There work is great very professional they are craftsman when it comes to masonry and cement. Also the cost is beyond reasonable. They replaced my driveway it looks great

I called Serranos Masonry because i needed a paver to complete 2 holes that were left vacant after removing a tree and an inground pool.

Serranos Masonry came within a few hours and provided me with a quote. It was a fair price. The job took a bit to complete, however, this was no part in their doing but due to mother nature's unrelenting snow storms that delay the job.

Mr. Serranos was very prompt and available in scheduling and responding to my queries in the entire process.

Now i have a beautifully paved yard and i am happy with the job that was done.

I called for an estimate for my front porch granite railing to be removed and re-cemented.
Serrano came out within a 3 hours to give me a quote. It was very fare I booked him right away to do the job.
He had availability first thing next day he squeezed my job in between his other project. Since my job wasn’t as big.
He came with 3 guys took everything down made sure not to stop out my grass Lol and he also laid down a nice protective blanket for the railings to lay on. Took 3 hours and I’m so happy with this companies service.
I will be having them pave my backyard next and Clear coat the pavers.
Over all great professional service don’t hesitate to use them. Very far price and clean work.

This company is very knowledgeable and affordable when it comes to concrete work. They recently completed my alleyway and the front of my house, going above and beyond to ensure everything was done to my satisfaction and completed correctly. This review is long overdue, so pleased I chose Serrano's for my concrete work. Had new concrete installed 12ft into the backyard, as well as the removal and replacement of concrete along the side of my home. Roberto and Alphonso did an incredible job, even coming back twice before the job started to detail things and make sure i would be happy. Was a big job, but Serranos paid great attention to detail, getting the grading/pitching perfectly just like i requested. This is so important and I no longer get water in basement which is fantastic. Cannot stress how kind and helpful the owners are (they even helped me with some other stuff in my backyard, cleaned my steps). Also a great price that can't be beat, will definitely be using them again in the future (they also do landscaping, will have them finish my backyard)

Easily the best experience we've had with a Masonry contractor. Serrano Masonry has exceeded our expectations every time we use them. They provide a high-quality service at reasonable prices. We had a particular issue with pooling water that would find its way into our basement, Serrano Masonry didn't try to sell us on a plan that cost $20k, they walked through our issue with us, looked at all the potential causes and fixed the issue for much less than any other contracted had quoted! At this point, we are not calling anyone else for our Masonry needs.

Work is done on time and professional. I have engaged Serranos twice for two projects and plan to do a third, we are fully satisfied with his crew and work.

Roberto and his team worked efficiently on my sidewalk & walkway as well as laying concrete in two separate areas of my lawn. The work done looks great and will be enjoyed as a sitting area during those spring/summer nights. Looking forward to my next project which will be assigned to Serrano's Masonry of NY/NJ.
