Franchise #7215, Bertha, Ed, Jason and Taha, were excellent. They were expertly strategic at the water damage site. They expertly cleaned out the damaged areas, heated the wooden floor areas to save them from further damage, precisely placed each bit of equipment in areas of concern and expertly removed all debris and equipment when the process was completed! They are a great team, listened to our concerns, addressed each issue masterfully and were very timely in the process. They handled our insurance needs accurately and with personal care. Thank you, you are a lifesaver!

Service Master was recommended to us by Statefarm insurance after my Mom had water damage to her laminate floors in living room and dining room. The State Island team of Mike Z, Benuvi, Kaylee and their staff were a pleasure to work with. From the demolition to reconstruction the damage was cleaned up, walls cut and floor repaired, painted and boxes put back. The team was completely responsive, professional and always kept us informed. They did the job on time and handled all the communications with Statefarm. Couldn't be more pleased with the end results.

Having a huge amount of damage & loss due to a washing machine flood was horrible, but thankfully it didn’t become a complete nightmare because an excellent remediation company was recommended! ServiceMaster Restore by Complete was timely, thorough, communicative and extremely professional. They not only dried the entire area, they then removed all flooring, lower walls with water damage, disinfected the area and even hauled it away. We now look forward to working with Tony and the team again on restoring the space and would highly recommend them during a difficult situation!

What a roller-coaster ride with this company. Day one they come out and everything seems great. Then the site manager leaves. For the next 2 days theres no communication even though I was told they'd be back the next day and I burned a work day. They next 5 days was met with confusion and lack of communication. Two guys came during this time but didn't know the job or the previous crews process. Showed up with 1 truck which wasnt enough to remove even half of the material damage. After contacting my insurance agent and the site manager many times. I received calls from the manager, supervisor, and I believe owner. The next day the head guy(Tony) had his sister out. She was wonderful and thorough. She told me they would be back to pick up the unsalvagable items and do the deep clean. That was nearly 2 weeks ago. Now no one is returning calls, emails, or messages to my insurance agent nor myself. So now I have a basement full of wet, mildew, and molding trash.

Our water heater flooded our first floor. Service Master came here and did the demo work which included flood cutting the sheet rock, floor removal and treating for mold & mildew. Bertha and her team were top notch. Clean and professional. They did a pack out of my downstairs furniture and personal items and were very caring. Reconstruction handled by Service Master as well. Mike, the Construction Manager, was excellent. He understood our needs and worked with us to secure materials and fair pricing. Jarvin and Ray did the work which took a little less than two weeks to complete and did excellent work. From sheetrock and plastering, sanding and painting, flooring and the molding the trim. The photos attached detail the quality of their work which was unmatched. Thank you Service Master for helping to get my home back to pre flood conditions.

I own a two-floor condo rental property in Perth Amboy, NJ. There was a pipe burst behind the wall on the second floor of my unit which caused extensive flooding on both floors. The laminate flooring, ceiling between floors, walls, kitchen countertop and all the cabinets were totally destroyed. ServiceMaster Restore by Complete was hired to do the unit restoration once the pipe had been repaired, and I could not be happier with the results! I want to send a shout out of thanks to the project managers, Michael Ziemba and Binuvi Kurian, who together made a disastrous situation so much easier to deal with. Their professionalism, customer care focus, kindness/empathy, knowledge, friendliness and project/financial management were exceptional. They truly care about their customers and took time to explain everything fully every step of the way, as well as handled all elements of the job directly with the insurance company so I didn’t have to. Their responses to questions was almost immediate! Their team is also to be commended on their expert installation, reconstruction, and for their kindness and respect in working with the tenants in the unit while work was being completed. ServiceMaster’s Staten Island office staff were also extremely helpful and friendly and seamlessly handled the administrative end. This organization is top notch in every way – it is not often to work with a company that is so customer service focused than this team was and for this I am truly grateful! This was certainly an "A" team. While I hope I never have to experience a devastating loss like this again, but if I do, ServiceMaster Restore by Complete will be the team I will reach out to in a heartbeat! A HUGE thank you to all - I completely agree with one of the other reviewers, five stars is not enough!!

We were unaware of a slow leak from our toilet upstairs that eventually leaked into the kitchen below. Our kitchen ceiling caved in and we were shocked.
Service Master literally came to our rescue.
They arrived and clean and gutted the area after wrapping everything that was in our cabinets with great care.
Very efficient and time managed work by Joe, Eddie, Kayla and Jason.
Then Mike and Banuvi arrived to assess restoration requirements. They both answered all questions and scenarios regarding above matters.
After the industrial dehumidifier and air purifiers did their job~ Eddie and Joe returned to cover the affected area until a date could be set for restoration which WE WILL have Service Master complete.
So far I have nothing but wonderful things to say about ServiceMaster! They put us at ease with their calm and reassurance that all will be returned to previous conditions. So far so good!

When my home was impacted by a flash flood, I contacted Servicemaster for remediation services. I cannot say enough good things about this company. I would like to give special shout out to Mike Ziemba who efficiently handled the coordination of the repairs and to Ruben Delgado for his outstanding craftsmanship. Any project delays were through no fault of Servicemaster, but strictly through insurance delays. 5 stars is not nearly enough. I would give them all the starts in the sky! While I hope I never have flood damage again, I would not hesitate to contact Servicemaster and would request Mike & Rubin to handle my home repairs. Thank you to the entire team for making my house a home again!

After having a bad experience with a different company I needed the job to be completed during the pandemic couldn’t find a fence anywhere that was in stock found out about these guys Through a friend and I definitely wasn’t disappointed very grateful for the job they did under the circumstances I believe they did a quickly at a fair price would definitely call them again
