They're very professional and courtesy and they clean up after each day. I would definitely recommend them to friends, family and those of you searching for a competence and reputable team. Ark was always very responsive and really easy to work with. He followed through on any necessary changes and coordinated with the architect to complete all required filings and made improvements to the plan. Made the whole process real easy and straightforward. Would highly recommend.

I cannot recommend this company enough! They are respectful, responsive and truly care about the work that they do. I reached out to see if they could come repair a few nails in the deck they installed a few years ago. They came out the next day and fixed it without a problem. They genuinely care for their customers and the service they provide, even years after the job. There aren't many times in my memory that I've been so validated in my decision to work with a company as I have been with AKO Builders.

Professional, Hardworking & Meticulous!! He and his workers do great work at an affordable price. I loved that if I had questions, I could call and get an answer without chasing someone down. Also, workers on time every day, and CLEANED UP after they were done!! So many companies leave a huge mess at the end. I was very impressed with their work and they thought of every little detail. I also had a lot of other work being done at the same time, and it was a huge plus that they were able to work well with other workers in close quarters so everything was able to get done around the same time.
I hired this company to fix structural issues on my current deck, lay new trek, and build wrap around stairs. They worked very well with the company building a fence in my yard, as well as an electrician who had to work on moving an outlet that was under my deck before they closed it up. I appreciated that they all worked together even thought they were in close quarters!!

I had a deck built on the side of my home with a sliding door from my dining room out to the new deck. I couldn’t be more happier with my finished project. I had contacted a few contractors, some didn’t respond back with a quote and some weren’t able to help me get the deck legal. Ark was very responsive to me, connected me with an architect and inspectors so I can have a deck built legally. His deck builder was highly skilled and did an excellent job, showed up everyday once my project was started and finished in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend Ark and his team.

I am all about spreading positivity but they were contracted to paint a family members house and replace a railing. The railing looks fine, not perfect but passable. The paint on the other hand is not what you would expect from a ~$4000 dollar job. 2 hallways 5 doors and a kitchen and corresponding trim. The walls are fine, but there are places where the wall looks pregnant from where the patch work was done and the lines are passable. If this job was cheaper the work could be more excusable. As it stands. 3 stars.

I used AKO for the demolition and rebuilding of my deck. The estimate given was extremely fair and Ark was very thorough in his explanation of what needed to be done. His vision was executed perfectly by his workers and I could not be happier. They are diligent workers and arrived on time, were very neat, and answered any questions I had. AKO builders is an absolutely amazing contracting company. They did a beautiful job on our total bathroom renovation and kitchen floor. Everyone was professional and courteous and they were very neat and clean during the entire project. We needed work done on a newly bought property. AKO gave us an estimate with detailed information about what needed to be done. The workmen were efficient and did beautiful work. We now have a beautifully finished basement, a brand new deck, and insulated and weatherproofed bottom of our home. We would definitely recommend this business. EXCELLENT JOB

Ark and his team did repair work as a result of a roof leak. They replaced an entire exterior bedroom wall, including reinforcing the shingles from the inside, replacing rotted framing and a window header, as well as partially replacing the wood floor, sanding, painting and sealing. The finished bedroom looks great, the floor in particular. The workers came on time every day, and were very neat and professional, and hardworking. Ark was very responsive to emails and questions, and was flexible with scheduling. His price was reasonable for the work he did. I would recommend AKO Builders.
