CJ Painting LLC, Company just completed painting the exterior of my home today. It required tedious work to repair the damage caused by another contractor over sanding and scraping my home. CJ and his team took the time to correct and prepare the wood shingles surface. CJ and his team are very neat, and knowledgeable about various substances and techniques. He is an excellent contractor because he explains everything involved with your project and follows through.
He has great work ethics, was on time early each morning, worked non-stop setting a goal each day to complete each project. In addition to painting my home he made masonary repairs to my front stairs, corrected a lolly beam in my garage and cleaned up each day. I can’t say enough how satisfied I was with Chris and his team. I recently discovered a misty smell in my finished basement. Chris discovered that there was mold behind one the Sheetrock walls. Chris did an amazing remediation job, in getting rid of the mold and putting back a new wall. He matched the paint perfectly with the rest of the basement. Chris and his team were total professionals and very talented!!! I will be sure to use Chris on all future projects.

Chris was extremely skilled and explained everything as he carefully inspect all the areas of my home that needed attention. His estimates were very reasonable and his team members were very clean, polite and professional. CJs pressurewashed, scraped, sanded and painted the entire exterior of my home and then gave my landscaping a complete makeover! They trimed all the hedges, pulled weeds, adjusted my irrigation and installed red mulch. There are no words to describe how pleased I am with the results! We were so pleased with CJ's work. It seemed like anything I asked Chris to do, he did with perfection, and without hesitation. He can repair, install and create whatever you need. I loved his work so much that I bought him a plane ticket to come to Florida to work on a house I bought. He painted, installed doors, fixed ceilings, light fixtures, and floors. He even cut some trees that were overgrown. His work is amazing.

I had a kitchen remodeled from Nicholas Construction Corp and the results were amazing. The worker did a really great job with the marble countertop and everything feels Feng Shui. While there were some issues on appointments being rescheduled in the beginning, I deeply enjoyed the enthusiasm displayed by the workers and would definitely recommend the company to others looking to revamp their homes.

Updated fixtures new tiles, countertop, mirrors and more. This review is not as a casual customer, but as a disabled tenant forced into advocacy due to repeated violations of ADA standards, safety codes, & contractual obligations by Quality Construction & its representative.

Despite providing clear documentation & filing formal complaints, they failed to complete timely, competent, or code-compliant repairs. Their conduct was marked by delays, deflections, & disregard for the harm caused. Approved work items were ignored or selectively addressed, prolonging unsafe conditions & compounding damage. Instead of resolving all issues simultaneously they attempted to phase remediation, further jeopardizing my health, safety, dignity & time.

Worse yet, communication was evasive & inconsistent, often misrepresenting progress. When confronted the response was defensive. While they attempted to fix the problems, the work was not completed properly & required multiple attempts, wasting time, energy, & resources, revealing a subpar standard of workmanship that demanded constant touch-ups.

Do you prefer something done once correctly, or repeatedly, with no lasting resolution? This is not just poor service; it reflects systemic negligence & a failure to meet legal & professional standards.

To property owners, tenants, or agencies considering Quality Construction: demand full transparency, enforceable timelines, & documented compliance from the outset. If you are disabled or vulnerable, proceed with extreme caution. Their practices show a troubling disregard for legal obligations & human impact.

I will continue to pursue full restoration & accountability through all available legal & regulatory channels. This review is part of that record.

Choosing a contractor is pretty stressful, wondering if they will complete the job or stick to schedule. I was very impressed with Contracting Boss (Kurt Nesimi) work in the neighborhood and decided to go with them for two bathroom renovations, including a tub-to-walk-in shower conversion.
Kurt has an incredible crew - from his electric engineer, tile work professionals, plumbers, painters and his assistants, each one showed up on time and stayed on schedule.
From our first communication, price quote to suggestions for tile work, he was calm and wanted the best for his customer.
The shower conversion was especially impressive. They transformed an outdated tub into a beautiful, modern stand-up shower that not only looks great but also made the space much more functional. The craftsmanship and attention to detail were excellent, from the tile work to the fixtures and finishing touches.
