We initially hired Gabriella Mechanical this year for a dryer vent cleaning and were pleased with Dave's initial service. Based on that experience, we signed a seasonal maintenance contract for spring and fall HVAC tune-ups. I asked for a review of the contract before it began, which involved frequent communication from him.

However, once the contract started, professionalism and responsiveness plummeted. A scheduled appointment in the spring was missed due to a family issue, but he didn't notify us until after the initial time had passed. He promised to reschedule soon, but never followed through. After weeks of silence, he finally reached out in June only when I requested to cancel the contract.

We hoped for better service in the fall, but Dave was again a no-show without notice. Several hours later, he texted about another family issue, but still didn't make an effort to reschedule or rectify the situation. That was the last we heard from him.

While life's interruptions are unavoidable, the lack of accountability and professionalism here is disappointing. We wouldn't recommend his services to others and feel we only received half of what we paid for.

Dave owes me a substantial amount for a replacement compressor that was under warranty. The repair was completed in September, with the full payment made in August.

Despite my repeated attempts to contact him, Dave has consistently ignored my calls and texts. When I reached out through Cash App, he eventually sent $477, but he still hasn't provided the remaining $1023 he owes me.

I've paid over $30,000 into this company, and it's disappointing to see such poor treatment of customers. The lack of professionalism and communication is unacceptable. Dave needs to rectify this situation immediately and make things right.
