Had water damage in my kitchen that ruined my flooring and part of my walls behind my cabinets. Called to get an estimate for the water damage and if any mold, Ray showed up and was very polite and knowledgeable about my situation! Gave me some money saving tips on how to go about taking care of my situation going forward! If anything is needed please go to this company!!

After our sump pump died, we got just enough water in our basement to cause some mold. Green Genie came recommended to us by a trusted friend. The owner, Mike, came right out to our house the next day after I contacted him, to look at the mold and provide us with an estimate. I was impressed by Mike’s communication (very responsive), professionalism, and the fast turn around time in receiving an estimate. When it came time to do the work, Mike’s team came out punctually and were very kind. And because they finished the work in under the time they estimated it would take, they very generously reduced the cost of the estimate they originally gave us.

Green Genie did an outstanding job clearing the water from my basement. They are a local company and came immediately when I called. Austin, Dianne and Brian did an amazing job.They were able to save my carpet, removing any mold and disinfected my basement after everything was dried. I would give them 5 stars for a fantastic job. I would recommend them to anyone having problems when it comes to water damage. I would call them again if I have a problem with water damage again. They were very professional and their service is unbelievable.

Our sump pump went and flooded our basement and ruined lots of things including our finished part of the basement. After the plumber finished his job, he recommended Green Genie for the cleanup. I called them immediately and they were at my house within an hour and this was a Sunday afternoon with a Bills game scheduled. Ray assessed the situation and told me what would be done starting the next day. Brian and his crew (Marc, Quinton, Big Brandon and Dion) showed up Monday and explained what would happen. By Wednesday at 11:30am they were done. They took pictures for insurance purposes and Brian stressed that I call them if anything is wrong. The carpeting and the furniture that was damaged was removed and taken away by them, they did not leave it on the curb for garbage day. Nice guys, they were careful. Very pleased with them in what is a stressful situation for the homeowner. I highly recommend Green Genie for any type of cleanup.

Noticed some water damage on my ceiling and called Green Genie. Ray arrived within half an hour after my call and let me know the damage was nothing to worry about. He gave me some easy advice on how to handle it myself and was very helpful. I really appreciate his honesty and will definitely reach out to Green Genie again for any restoration services.

I called Ray from the car on the way home and by the time I got home he had already visited the job. (Arrived in under 45 mins)
I called back once I got home and he promptly sent Brian over.
The mess was cleaned up in under 2 hours from my call and the carpet was cleaned the next day at exactly the appointed time. I hope I never require the services again but if I do I will call Green Genie.

I had sewage backup and a big mess in my basement. TMark Plumbing (Katie) referred me to Green Genie for the cleaning of it. They were at my house within an hour of the same day I called. Brian, the manager on the job, was great communicating and efficient as well as the techs (Brandon & Mark) who did a wonderful job with the basement clean-up so thoroughly and efficiently within just a few hours.
I really appreciate them responding to my situation so promptly & professionally. Was so relieved when I saw the clean-up!

We had some flooding in three rooms of our chiropractic office after all the melting from the snow. I was pleasantly surprised at the speed of response to the call. Brian used a vacuum to extract as much water as he could, then set up a giant dehumidifier and multiple floor fans throughout the area and deodorized the carpet as well. Within a day everything was back to normal. I highly recommend Green Genie for emergencies as well as routine work. We'll be using them in the future for all our carpet cleaning needs.

Crew was perfectly on time. Clear explanation of the cleaning process before starting the cleaning of the ducting. Cleaned up not only the ducting but also the surroundings. The job was completed within the timeframe that was communicated when I booked them. Will call again !

I recently had my carpets cleaned by Green Genie LLC. I was very impressed with the professionalism of the technicians and the quality of the service. Austin and Brandon took the extra time to answer questions and explain the process. They were also patient with my pup who was curious and eager to introduce herself. When the cleaning was finished I couldn’t believe how much like new the carpets looked. I didn’t think it would be possible to get them that clean but they did. I am very happy with my experience with Green Genie.

Called Friday afternoon about mold concerns and they were able to get someone out for a consultation Tuesday morning. Which was fast considering the storm we just had. Ray T came out and was very thorough and kind.

Green Genie is a life saver. After an unexpected flooding….and no idea how to handle the situation I was referred to the green genie. Ray the manager was over within 30 mins of the noticed accident. Ray was very kind and polite , went over all the procedures and had a crew at my house immediately. I was more than impressed with the team, they were extremely knowledgeable in their line of work and quickly got right into working on the issue at hand. The crew was very respectful with my belongings and carefully moved and rearranged my collectible and prized possessions. Needless to say…if there ever was another emergency the green genie will be on speed dial. My basement looks like it never flooded. I am astonished that everything was saved. Thank you green genie.

Austin came out to check for mold in the attic. He was professional and thorough. He reported his findings and checked for adequate ventilation. Happy to report no signs of mold. Highly recommend this company and Austin and Ray!

We called Green Genie when we had an upstairs shower leak seep into the living room ceiling. They responded quickly and worked as needed until all our moisture problems were solved. They were courteous and professional.

Green Genie is a great company! I had water damage in my basement, they came out same day, set up fans and dehumidifier, came back the next day to get rid of all the water damage. Don and his crew were professional and diligent. Do not hesitate to call them if you have the need!

Ray from Green Genie is the absolute BEST! His guys that work for him are amazing too. I woke up to my crawl space under my house flooding from a burst hot water pipe in the middle of the night. Ray came out within a day and reassured me that he would help me through the entire process. He walked me (mom to 6 kiddos and a nervous wreck) through all of the paperwork and kept in contact with me the entire time. His guys found a live electrical wire down there too (scary fire hazard!!!) and alerted me immediately so I could fix it. The entire experience was just wonderful. They kept in contact with me, helped with my insurance company and overall Ray just seems to be a genuine human being! (My kids even loved him which I feel says a lot about a person). They removed all of the water and insulation and then sprayed antimicrobial. I will be contacting him when it’s time to put that insulation back in! 5 stars isn’t enough!

I had the pleasure of doing business with this company! They did my mold removal and were amazing! Ray did the estimate, Raj did the asbestos test, and Branden and his team actually removed the mold. Everyone was so professional!

My dad was in the hospital and needed to postpone the day of the appointment. Ray was very kind and understanding during the process. I really appreciated that kind of empathy and customer service during that difficult time.
