I highly recommend JMK Construction Co. We had a sinking section in our garage that caused water and snow to seep through the foundation and side door that was never installed correctly. I interviewed the owner of this company and found him so likeable, detailed, knowledgeable and experienced that I contracted with him. He had his team lay the concrete but ran into an issue. I called him to examine the work. He had the team come, instructed them thoroughly and it was done appropriately. Another couple of workers put in the new door, sealing it perfectly and professionally. I have worked with contractors on and off for decades. Rarely do you find such an honorable businessman with high standards and customer care as this man. His team were all nicely dressed, polite, people skilled, excellent language skills, which speaks to the quality of people he wants to work for his company. Values and standards reveal character. The owner, John, is a man of character; he’s honest and just.

We were unbelievably lucky to get in contact with John and his team to tackle a nightmare of a basement project less than a week after closing on our new home. Foundation and water issues are never things you want to uncover after purchasing a home that you believe to be in decent shape.John came out and eased our minds and showed us a solid game plan to keep everything solid and dry long term. Amazing timing and execution , we never had to worry about a thing! From start to finish, I cannot recommend JMK enough. We will use John and his teams for all future projects!

They put full backyard drainage in ,along with full gutter drain from my backyard around my house through the front yard to the street .
They fast and efficient, even found a small gas leak and proceeded to handle the whole call, and had the gas company come right away .

And the professional team, was wonderful, And I can atest to this, seeing I've had contractors at my home , consent over the last three years for rebuild's,and they were all terrible!

I couldn’t be happier with the work done by the JMK crew! They did an awesome job with the back patio and walkway, concrete pad for a future sunroom, driveway extension, bubbler system, and oil tank removal. Everything came out looking fantastic! John and his team did a wonderful job redoing my concrete driveway and front porch. From my initial meeting with John, he was honest and incredibly fair with his pricing. He walked me through everything they were going to do, and even hindered me from doing some things I threw out there “if this was my house I wouldn’t do it, it’s not necessary, etc.” Will definitely use JMK for any future projects!

My 60y/o front porch was in bad shape. JMK replaced the rusted wrought iron railings with new composite ones, put new vinyl on the ceiling, replaced the light, and repaired a section of brick that needed new mortar. They did a wonderful job & were very friendly & patient with all my questions. They also cleaned up thoroughly when they were done. I cannot recommend them highly enough!

We are very pleased with our overhang on our patio. It allowed us to create the outdoor living of our dreams. The price was fair and the craftsmanship was excellent. The workers were extremely professional and clean. I would definitely recommend this company.

We recently had the pleasure of working with JMK Construction for our new driveway and back patio, and we couldn't be happier with the results. We're so thrilled with the work done by JMK: they refinished our basement and added a full bathroom. I wanted to go with them because I felt like John, the owner, really listened and wanted to share our vision for the space and I'm so glad we did. Jeff and Christina did an amazing job and were always friendly and tidy. They are so talented at their work and they're good people. The photos speak for themselves! We also hired JMK to lay underground drainage in the backyard - Adam and team were great to work with on that project - they really know what they're doing. You can't go wrong with John and his whole crew at JMK! Highly recommend!!

We hired John and his team to replace a drain tile in our basement and we are very happy with the results. The team worked very efficiently and got the job done in 3 days. Everyone was very respectful and they did a great job keeping my house as clean as possible even with them having to go in and out of my house with a ton of snow and slush on the ground. We would definitely recommend them!

James and Heather were enjoyable to work with from beginning to end! They are kind, professional, and courteous of their clients. We had a somewhat complex issue with the gate in our driveway that could have easily costed a pretty penny, but James was solution focused and worked creatively to keep costs down for our family. I was so impressed at what he came up with to fix our gate without replacing it, and yet it looked BRAND NEW by the end!

It's obvious James and his team don't just care about lining their own pockets, but care for PEOPLE. And we were truly blessed by that in our experience working with them. We will definitely call them first for any future projects on and around our whole property. I want to invest my money in a company like theirs who operates with passion and integrity!

After trying to replace the fence for over a year, my dad is relieved to finally have it done. The whole fence was replaced in less than 3 hours, it looks great & it’s sturdy. It’s just what my dad wanted. He’s very pleased with the work James did, & the dedication to the job that he brought. My dad is looking forward to having Cornerstone Construction help with some other jobs around his house.

James recently re-did one of our bathrooms and did an amazing job! He was very patient and helped guide us through our options and pick things that would keep us in budget. His workmanship is excellent and attention to detail was great! He was transparent throughout the entire process and we couldn't be happier with how everything turned out. Most importantly, he showed that he was trustworthy and we felt completely comfortable allowing him into our home to work independently. We couldn't recommend Cornerstone Construction enough!

Flipped my whole home into a reality. Redid every room including the kitchen and both bathrooms. Wow did an incredible job wouldn’t recommend anyone else besides AJ’s Home Improvement Services to get the job done.

Initial quote for work to be done went well. Owner said he would compile our estimates for us and be in contact. We were so excited to have someone who might of been able to remodel a bunch of areas in our home. Sadly we never heard from him again. If you didn't want the work or were too busy honesty is the best policy. Just tell us!

Ray saved Easter! My toilet flooded over night and dripped to my kitchen ceiling. I had sitting water on my stove on Easter Sunday. After a good cry, we were recommended to the Green Genie and he came right away and not only taught us about taking care of our home as new home owners, but he was friendly, quick and efficient! My family and I are so thankful for the knowledge and service of Ray and the company and I couldn’t be more thankful!
