I worked with John Keller and his team to replace my blacktop driveway with concrete. It was a big project as I have quite a bit of driveway. I was nervous but I needn't have been. The professionalism and talent of John's team was above and beyond anything I could have hoped for. It was fascinating to watch this group of individuals make magic happen. Precision, knowledge, talent, instinct, and timing is needed in order to produce a beautiful finished product and these guys have a tremendous amount of each one. I highly recommend this team to anyone contemplating concrete work.

Choosing JMK Construction for our deck and driveway replacement needs was a very wise decision. In a time when you hear so many horror stories about various contractors not fulfilling their obligations, we were a little apprehensive. However, John put our minds at ease after our initial consultation; answering ALL our questions and addressing ALL our concerns.

He stayed in contact with us through the time leading up to the job and when it finally came time to do the work, the entire crew were punctual and professional every day and their work was immaculate, as evidenced by these before and after pix. We're so pleased with the end results and cannot recommend them enough to anyone looking to have work done.

I had the pleasure to have John and his crew build me an amazing patio extension as well as widen my driveway. Initially I almost looked elsewhere because I was trying to stay within a budget. I'm so glad I made the phone call to John to see if he would negotiate a price. We agreed to a price we both felt fair and from that point, I knew I made the right choice. A lot of these companies will set a price and tell you to forget it if you try to go lower, not the case with JMK.

The entire crew was phenomenal. Everyone was a joy to be around and they all seemed to really enjoy what they do. The attention to detail, ensuring to keep my property in good order, communicating with me to ensure I was getting what I wanted, etc. They even did some additional work without adding additional costs which I was extremely grateful for.

I honestly can not believe how quick they completed this job but did not skimp on any detail. This is by far the best concrete crew in WNY and I would recommend them every SINGLE time. They will make your vision a reality.

Any other concrete jobs I may have down the line whether it be my current home or a future home, JMK will get my business.

We hired JMK for our front stairs and railings and they did an excellent job. We then had them back to waterproof our basement and and expand our driveway. We remain very impressed. The work is high quality and the work crews were professional, friendly, and communicated with us every step of the way. JMK will be our first call whenever we need a contractor. I really cannot recommend them highly enough.

We had a bonus room on our second floor that was bare. JMK came in and made it look beautiful. They took their time and did it right. Jeff and Christina were always friendly and knowledgeable. We will definitely use JMK for any future work we need done in the house. Fully recommend their services!

Where to begin, I contacted 3 concrete companies for quote John actually answered his phone and came out the next day. He answered all my questions and even added his own suggestions.
We booked a year out and JMK was able to hold themselves to the date. Demo and Pour went without a hitch. His crews are friendly and cleaned up after themselves. JMK Constuction installed a new driveway, walkway, and back steps at my home. I had been reseaching companies and decided to go with them. I am so grateful I did. JMK did a great job rebuilding our front porch. Would definitely recommend them for your next project.

I had John come to the house to give us an estimate on replacing two porch post holding up the second floor bathroom. The estimate was fair and we told him to start the job. His worker Nic started the work and after he was done, we couldn’t ask for a better job. Nic was very particular in his workmanship. He worked in the cold weather, took his time, and made sure we were pleased in his work. He cleaned afterward and even vacuum the lawn to pick up any wood particles. I highly recommend JMK construction for any work you may need.

We had JMK out to help with a leaky basement that had already been water proofed. They gave us a plan with 3 different estimates. John suggested trying the lowest priced solution first, and it worked!!! I have lived in this house for over 30 years and the basement has never been this dry! We’ve had a ton of rain since he installed exterior drain tile and not a drop of it entered the basement. I’m amazed and relieved. JMK was professional, punctual and cost- effective. We highly recommend them!

I can’t say enough about how wonderful JMK Construction is. We had a big job, driveway, front and back steps, and a large patio done by them. They came when they said they would! They return phone calls! The workers were polite and friendly. They showed so much attention to detail. If you need concrete or bubblers or drain tile, these are the guys to call!

JMK did a fantastic job with my concrete project. Very quick to respond to my inquiry and ensured they understood the scope of the project to properly recommend a solution that will last for years to come. JMK came out to redo our front steps and walk way. John was incredibly nice, professional and a great communicator. John also had detailed instructions of what to do and not to do to keep the concrete looking prestige. The JMK crew met Johns level of professionalism and cleaned up like they’re were never there. The price was absolutely reasonable. Needless to say, the work looks great and speaks for itself!

These guys are absolutely amazing. Their attention to detail while working on my new concrete patio was mind blowing. They did everything they said they were going to, treated myself and my property with respect, and also looked to be having fun while working! My Basement and drainage was a disaster ! The crew diverted my sump pump directly into the storm drain. Also they completely removed all the old drainage in the basement , fixed all the cracks, replaced all the drainage including the sump and basin and cemented the entire perimeter! The entire crew was exceptional! 6 full days of work with a crew of 6 guys! All very professional and great at their jobs! If I attempted to do this myself (which I considered) it would have taken me months and I probably would still have problems, not to mention a severe back problem! 2 pallets on cement, 4 truck loads of old concrete removal and a boat load of equipment and gravel! Best money we have ever spent! If I could give them a higher rating then 5 stars I would! Basement is bone dry! Thanks again!!! A+++++ rating
