We needed a roof replacement and got 2 estimates which were approximately the same. We knew Black Rock Roofing was a local outfit so chose them. One of the reasons was that when they came for the estimate they went up on the roof and walked around to make a good inspection. They offered an estimate alternative with gutter replacement but did not push us into it. We were given a time frame of 2-3 weeks which they stuck to. The supplies were dropped off the morning of the job and included extra plywood if needed and to cover the windows for protection. They came with a big crew and were done in no time. They did an excellent job of clean-up.

Black Rock Roofing did a roof for us near springville and did an AMAZING job! They showed up on time, their workers were curious and kind, they worked efficiently and cleaned up everything (even nails with the magnet)! They explained to us what type of roof was best for our home and made the process so easy. We also loved that they are a family run and owned company; it truly shows in their business practice. Highly recommend them to anyone who needs a roof!

Called for a roof estimate on August 16, 2024.
Appointment was scheduled for August 20, 2024. Joe was very professional, arrived on time, took pictures & videos of the roof so I could see what was going on.
Received an estimate that day for complete roof tear off, new roof & gutters.
The crew arrived on September 6, 2024 @ 8:30 am. They completed the new roof the same day. Nice crew, cleaned up everything , beautiful new roof.
The gutter crew came on September 10, 2024 to install new gutters. Crew was knowledgeable & efficient .Beautiful new gutters.

We recently had a complete tear off and new roof install from Black Rock Roofing. There isn't anything about the job I would change. They were strong communicators, efficient & respectful workers, and the roof looks great. We felt comfortable with the sales manager and the men working on the roof. Price was competitive and they completed the roof well within the timeframe they committed to. I'd recommend them if anyone is shopping around for a new roof.

Now that the work is done and as time passes I should have expected things change. I had some electrical issues this year which required the moving of my electrical meters at the front of my house. This totally disrupted the amazing work done by the Black Rock team. I was totally disappointed at the new look of the front of my house and there was only one thing I could do, Call Black Rock. When I contacted Mark he came over the same day to take a look. He assured me this could be fixed. Before I knew it they were at my front door and making it right for me. Knowing I made the right choice to hire Black Rock in the first place, now makes it even more amazing they still got my back down the road. We had our roof done 18 years ago. There has not been a single shingle out of place until this past week. I filled out the form on their website to let them know that one strip was missing, and they are here, right now, as I type this, fixing it. Their communication is amazing, their workers are polite and efficient and I'm one happy customer!

Provided a job well done. The new roof and gutters look great. Was a complete tear off. Started at 8:00 am and completed by 1:30 pm. They cleaned up every thing and came back a second time to search for additional nails that were possibly left in the grass. Neighbors liked the new roof too, and their clean up process.

Black Rock Roofing is a GREAT company! Have used them for years.
When my garage needed a new roof in 2020, I called them first.
They did a great job once again and left the yard spotless. No nails or debris anywhere.
Recently, my neighbor noticed a couple of shingles were lifting up on my roof. (i couldn't see this from my yard).
I called Black Rock and they said they would get someone to come out in a few days. Tim showed up two days later and said that it should be an easy fix but that he would need to get the same shingles in case he needed them to do the repair.
A week later, Tim was out with his partner Paul and they took care of the issue and apologized for it happening in the first place. They made quick work of the repair and cleaned up the area. Great team of gentlemen and a great company.

Black Rock Roofing roofed my house yesterday, 5/26/25. It was a complete tear off. Their crew was extremely polite and knowledgeable. The work was extremely professional, they cleaned up thoroughly and were careful not to damage my wife's flower beds. Cost was very competitive. I highly recommend them. Family owned business for decades and they are still in business because of the work they do.

Mark Beyer is very professional and great to work with. They were able to schedule the job within two weeks of the estimate. Tear-off, new roof gutters and downspouts was completed very quickly with a very thorough clean-up.
