I highly recommend this fence company. I recently got a chain link fence installed and had a wooden fence post repaired. For each job, they were timely, professional, and did an excellent job. I will definitely be working with them again in the future if we have any fencing needs.

We recently had a fence installed by Savannah Fence Co. and were very disappointed! After spending $4,000 on our custom gate and fence installation - we cannot open one of the gates because it was installed too close to the gutter. It is our main access point. They were originally going to leave and consider the job done because they said Dave had already told us this might happen. When I said no and wanted to speak with Dave I was shocked by his reaction. He did not understand me being upset.He said that sometimes the stars do not align and he would re-route our gutter for an additional charge (~$50) or we could hire someone else to do that part— even though proper measuring on his part would have prevented the problem. He claimed he told my husband this could happen at time of quote, which is untrue. We were both present, and the only gutter discussion was about redirecting the downspout at the bottom. He even admitted, “how would I know until we went to install it that it would not clear?”

Corners of the fence were left unsecured and uneven until I pointed it out (which they then corrected immediately). I said I expected an operational gate and trusted his expertise in measuring since it was a custom door. I asked if he would fix it to make things right, he said he would for an additional charge (~$50). When I said since you were the expert and measured, our gate does not open - why would you not absorb that as part of the error? He declined to do so. I also asked about using a different locking mechanism, but he said no, saying he only uses one type because it is “the best.” Well, it’s not the best if I cannot open my gate. I asked about having the gate swing in the other direction so the gutter would not be an issue. He said that would not work.
Bottom line: after paying $4,000, I now have to hire another vendor to fix the gutter issue so my gate can open because I certainly do not want him doing anything on my property after this experience. He acted as though it was no big deal and did not understand us being upset. The only redeeming factor was the workers doing the installation were kind, otherwise I would have given 1 star. Poor accountability and very disappointing customer service. Please note: he certainly found us to be quality customers when he mistakenly left $400 off the original contract and called us. We immediately said of course - we would pay what was discussed. And when he needed to reschedule appointments - but, now at the end... we were unreasonable.

I definitely recommend Savannah’s Fence if you’re looking for a new fence! Dave and his staff were a pleasure to work with and not only do they do great work, but they use high quality fence materials for a fraction of what other fence companies are charging. They also are very knowledgeable and will make sure you’re happy with what you receive. This is a business I would gladly hire again and/or refer people to. I appreciate everything they did and my new vinyl fence looks amazing. Thank you Savannah’s Fence!!

Our fence was wrecked by high wind a few weeks ago. Dave responded quickly and got it fixed fast at a very reasonable price. Great customer service!

Highly recommend! The entire experience was great from start to finish. Dave always answered/returned my calls and texts, and never tried to upsell me — he simply recommended what he genuinely thought was best. He even upgraded my gate from 4 ft to 5 ft at no extra cost. He was kind, informative, and never pushy. His crew did an amazing job and delivered exactly what I envisioned. They took extra care when digging to make sure not to hit my irrigation lines. At the end Dave even gave me an extra week to pay the remaining balance. Truly a 10/10 experience.

Price was great and the material they used seems very durable which is one reason we choose to go with them. My brother in law referred me and I couldn’t be happier with every step of the process. Dave and his crew did an amazing job on our wooden privacy fence. We have an escape artist for a dog, so we needed to make sure we had a Fort Knox type fence put up. Dave and Shawn walked around with us multiple times to listen to our concerns on how we wanted the fence done and made sure there were zero gaps for my dog to escape. We had 2 gates put in that look great and a chain link fence that needed some sprucing up. Even after the fence has started to settle, there are zero gaps! The crew was quick, efficient and very respectful of our property and landscaping. We had multiple quotes done and Savannah was the most reasonable price. I can not recommend Dave and Savannahs fence enough!

Black rock did our roof and its a great roof! They did it quick (just 2 days) and they even were able to schedule around the fact that we work from home. We were beyond pleased. They did what they said they would do. The only downside is that in the process our siding got damaged, but they worked with us to sort out how to get it repaired without conflict. They sent real people to give real quotes and they were totally fair. We couldn't believe how great they were from start to finish. The only reason I give 4 stars and not 5, is because they are pros and that damage shouldn't have happened. Also because while we were able to communicate openly and resolve the damage without conflict...it did take nearly 2 months to accomplish. But otherwise...there is a not a negative thing we could say about hiring them or working with them. They really are a great company. And we would gladly recommend them to anyone.

Blackrock replaced both roofing, siding, soffits & some exterior door installations on our home. From the initial meetings with Joe to review the scope of our project & prepare proposals....to the daily work schedules of their installation teams....everything exceeded our expectations. From start to finish, the project was completed in less than two weeks as promised.

When we first considered this investment in our home, we solicited proposals from as many as three different contractors. Although BR was not the lowest, they where by far the most professional & complete....confirming we made the right decision to contract with them.
