We couldn’t be happier with the job that AVA did on our roof, windows and gutters. Upon inspection, they caught a potentially major structural issue that 3 other companies completely missed. On top of everything coming out even better than we could have expected, they were prompt, communicated well, and cleaned up like they weren’t even there. The owners stopped by regularly during the job to oversee the team. Highly recommend!

Our experience with Ava Roofing was amazing from start to finish. Sergy is so nice to deal with and did a thorough job explaining everything that they would do, including a few little repairs and everything included in the estimate. He also went out of his way to help us obtain some compensation from our Homeowners Insurance for recent wind damage. Lucy and her crew came in and did a tear off of our house and 2 1/2 car garage, the repairs and shingling in 2 days. They were an amazing crew, working so well together. What we were most impressed with was the cleanup. There was always someone working on cleanup and at the end of each day they were all walking around picking up every nail or little piece of paper or scrap. They were extremely conscientious workers. And then to add to it, the day after they finished, someone came and went around the whole area with a large magnet double checking for nails.
A roofing project isn't something you want to do but something you have to do, and we are really glad we trusted Ava for the job. Everything looks great!

Our experience with Ava Roofing was exceptional every step of the way. From getting an estimate to scheduling the work to having the job done, everyone was professional, informative and supportive. Our Estimator JP was knowledgeable and explained everything that needed to be done. We had a very reasonable estimate within 3-4 days. When we went into the showroom to sign our contract we met Serge, one of the company owners, who is very proud of their family owned buisness.
The crew showed up 20 minutes before scheduled on the day the job began and worked for 12 hours to make sure the house was secure before the weather changed. On the day the job started there was a crew of 6 who worked together like a well oiled machine. Serge stopped on site 3 times to make sure everything was going smoothly. Russ, another supervisor, was onsite 3 times that day also.
Everything went like clockwork. I couldn’t be more satisfied with the entire experience!

AVA Roofing did a great job replacing two types of roof on our 127 year old house, including traditional shingles and a flat roof on a later addition. Their quote was not the lowest but on a big job like this, including all new decking, we wanted to feel confident in the workmanship and we did with AVA Roofing. We are pleased with the results and our experience. They left the property cleaner than it was originally! We know they stand behind their work, and we have peace of mind we made the right choice. And it looks fantastic!

The project went off without a hitch. Billy was a great point of contact with AVA, Sergiy explained everything clearly to me that morning and Lucy's crew installed overhangs where I didn't have any and completed the tear off and install of the new roof in one day. Zero complaints and I'm very happy with the result.

AVA roofing & siding recently resided my garage. its a very old garage which made the job a bit more challenging with a few surprises under the old siding. the guys from AVA knew exactly how to handle the job. bill kurban, who was running the project had the right answers & proved to be a very knowledgeable man. my garage looks fantastic now. i cant believe its the same building, it looks so much better now. the crew did a great job cleaning up too. AVA also redid the entire exterior of my house back in 2019. windows, doors, siding, soffet, gutters & roof. that was another great job that i couldnt be happier with. its still looking great 6 years later. heres some before/after pictures of my house. the garage looked a lot worse than that.

AVA was great from start to finish. Super communicative, I couldn't even get other contractors to return my calls! They came early, had everything done on time, and then came back the next day to pick up material and check on the job. I highly recommend them! I do not know who the guys were that worked on my house because I only saw them briefly but they were friendly and professional. Next siding or roofing job I need done, I'm calling them instantly!

Cost competitive but very smooth process from quote to finished project. AVA does beautiful work, they are fast, responsive to customer feedback and stand by their commitments. I will be using them for our commercial properties in the future.

Very satisfied with the job AVA did on my garage roof. Sergio was great to work with getting the estimate done. It needed a ton of work to redo the roof and they completed it in one day, and did a great job with the cleanup. Billy was also great to deal with on site.

AVA Roofing and Siding installed a new roof over our sunroom and replaced three skylights, including all related flashing and drainage work. The job was completed in the fall of 2025.

Everything was done on time and with great attention to quality. Nearly two months later, everything is holding up perfectly. The team was professional, polite, and kept the work area clean

AVA Roofing just replaced our roof and did a great job! Sergy was awesome. Great communication and follow up! Reasonable pricing. It’s hard to get excited for a new roof but Sergy made it easy.

The crew showed up on time and worked for close to 12 hours each day. When they were done out side of a new roof you wouldn’t know they were here with the cleanup job they did.

I couldn’t be happier with the outcome of the siding, soffits and gutters! The team was here early in the morning and worked nonstop and Cleaned up everything at the end of day each day! I would highly recommend Ava siding! Adam was wonderful explaining the process and providing options to us ! I have no other names but the entire team that was here was dedicated to getting it done and with precision.

The crew that replaced the roof did a very nice job. It was a total tear off and the cleanup was excellent. I don’t know the name of the worker who did the gutters but he was also fantastic. I would recommend Ava Roofing to everyone.

We had a wonderful experience working with AVA. We had siding, Tando stone installed and gutters replaced. From start to finish they were there to answer any of my questions and concerns. The work was done while we were stuck in the hospital with my daughter so we weren’t able to see to r finished product until we got home. Once we got home and were able to look over everything, I reached out with a few minor things we didn’t like and without hesitation they came back and fixed everything to our liking. The finishing work is very dry well done. The workers that we interacted with were respectful and nice and they picked up after themselves. If I could give 4.5 stars I would, only due to the fact that communication could have been a little better. They showed up on time and always did what they said they were going to do, but it wasn’t super clear when they would be doing so. For example, I knew they were coming back to check on something that I was concerned about, but I didn’t know when until they were 10 minutes away and I was at work and my husband was in a meeting so I had to explain everything over the phone to my MIL and have her show them. Little nuances like that I feel could have been avoided if those type of situations were communicated a little better so we could have made sure we were going to be available. Otherwise, amazing work and would use them again! Our technician was Sergy and he was great to work with as well!

Let me start with the positives - our siding once completed looks better than what we had before. Also, the price was less expensive than Kaz (but now we know you get what you pay for and we should have paid more for better work),

Now the negative:

Communication with this company was difficult. I don’t think I ever called their office phone number and didn’t get sent to voicemail. When emailing, I had to threaten to back out of the contract to get timely responses.

We signed the contract and paid our down payment in June 2025. They did not start the job until October 2025. Every step forward had to be facilitated by me. I’m not sure if I hadn’t involved myself if this job would even have started this year.

When they finally came out to do our new siding and three new windows, they told my husband the job would be completed in a day. This was not true, and it took them three days.

They installed one of the windows backwards, with the handles to open the window being on the outside of the house and then left for the day - meaning anyone could enter our house through the window. You can see this in the image I’ve included. I texted the contractor who seemed to be in charge of the job and he was apologetic and said they’d fix it tomorrow. When they came out the next morning, everyone (but me) seemed to find this mistake funny. Their excuse was that the workers had to rush over to a different job because of an emergency. Well, they should have rushed back to correct this error instead of letting it stay like that overnight.

The work we had done was just the front of the house and the front of our detached garage. There was no reason for anyone to ever be on our back porch but I have a video of one of the workers coming into our backyard and on to our back porch before moving off camera. I do not know what he did back there. This made me wildly uncomfortable after seeing and could have been very dangerous for the worker because we have an unfriendly dog that could have been outside and attacked this person when they let themselves in through the back gate.

We have had windows replaced by two different contractors/companies since purchasing our home. Both of those removed the interior trim of the windows and then replaced, caulked, and painted new trim after installing the new windows. That was not specified in the contract, but was assumed by both parties. AVA removed the interior trim of the 3 windows they installed but did not put up new trim. When asked about this they said they only do “exterior work” and we would have to put up new trim ourselves or hire someone else.

The windows they installed were damaged on day one. I have pictures showing the scratches on the handles and other issues on the exterior. This is hugely disappointing. These windows were $7,000. I expected them to look brand new.

Overall, for a job that costs us over thirteen grand, I cannot say I’m happy or recommend this company to anyone. It was an extremely irritating process and I’m not pleased with the results.

Ava was wonderful to deal with from the quoting process (Anatoliy) through installation. Our contact person for the install, Billy, was great. He answered all my questions and came back after installation to take care of a few items for me. Unfortunately, I don’t know her name; however, the woman on the job, took such great care to protect my landscaping and potted plants. I really appreciated that. I obtained several quotes for this project, and Ava’s prices beat them all. I found them extremely trustworthy and hard-working. I highly recommend them!!! Here are the before and after photos.

Ava Roofing and their team did an excellent job on my roofs. Everyone I talked with did excellent work and they were very courteous and professional with doing their work. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for any roofing projects and would definitely call them again for any future projects. Thanks again for the outstanding work!!

I was very impressed with AVA Roofing Company. It all started with my sales consultant who was extremely knowledgeable and helpful in me making my decision. The roofing crew was very experienced and did a great job and also did outstanding cleaning the roof materials from the old roof. Every one that I dealt with at AVA roofing was a pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend this company to everyone who is interested in a new roof !!! My project supervisor Pavel was excellent at answering any questions I had with the entire project !

VIA came to repair some drywall from a big roof leak I had. Great communication and made it easy from my end. Left the site looking clean as well!
