Such a great service. They responded within the hour that I called for a basement flood. Worked closely with me to save many personal items. Charges were explained. The crew, led by Sal was very professional, kind and worked very hard to clean up my basement.

I had a toilet fail overnight on a Saturday, raining through 2 levels. ServePro arrived within 3 hours of my report to my insurance company and immediately installed equipment to dry out my house, extracted water from my rugs, and attempted to reassure me that things would work out. In the 5 days they worked with me the gentlemen were professional, kind, and efficient.

After experiencing a sewage back up, I was provided with a quote by a friendly employee. After getting quotes from a few other companies, we decided to move forward with Servpro and a crew was on site within a day. The crew assessed the situation and cleaned up the mess. I came home from work to find my basement full of water. I called Servpro and they referred me to a plumber who replaced my sump pump. After it was fixed, Servpro arrived and explained that the carpet/pad had to come out. They explained they were follow the guidelines because there is bacteria and containments in the water that could make you get sick. My antique furniture left several stains on the carpet. Servpro used the utmost care and moved the furniture into a dry location. The team was very caring, professional and provided amazing service. Very satisfied and felt safe.

To remove wet rugs in basement they charged $220 per man hour. The rugs were wet with ground water and county water. No sewage was involved. All work was in normal business hours. 29.5 total man hours were worked. I asked to see estimate and was told I could see it later. Upon receipt I immediately complained that the billed services amounted to an unacceptable hourly rate, they said they would speak to their supervisor.
I offered $130 per hour which is more than reasonable and it was refused.

John and Matt came out to do some work for us after we experienced some flooding. They were very friendly and professional. I called ServPro for an emergency roof repair recently and talked to a woman named Alison on the phone who was incredibly kind and helpful! Since it was closing time around the end of the day she advised that the soonest someone could arrive was the following day (which was expected). She told me she would work her hardest to squeeze me in an already-packed day with one of her estimators. She called me back the following morning to advise what time the estimator could be there based on his route and followed up again later in the day via phone call. We ended up using another local roofer to help us but Alison was so professional, sweet, helpful, and very communicative! If we ever need contractor services in WNY, I will happily call ServPro back just because the customer service was phenomenal. Thank you Alison!

They called ahead and arrived promptly. Sal and Joey surveyed the damage, went over the plan and asked me if I had any concerns. They were very respectful and 100% professional. They tested for mold/moisture, removed the wet drywall and insulation and cleaned the water stained rug in the basement.
I especially appreciated their efforts to save my hardwood floor.

I had a wonderful experience with AVA Roofing. Stan was the installer and did a great job in repairing damages from an ice storm during the past winter. He repaired the the roof perfectly and cleaned everything up. I could not ask for a better job. The estimator, Adam, was also excellent .

I had received estimates from two other roofing companies and AVA's estimate was much less so I hired them. The materials they used were the exact same materials that the more expensive roofing companies were offering at a much higher price. The AVA working crew was exceptional and they were all polite, courteous and professional. I was very impressed with the way they respected and protected my property and I am very happy with the beautiful job they did installing our new roof. I highly recommend them.

Very positive experience! Everyone that we dealt with from AVA roofing was pleasant, answered all our questions. The crew was awesome and they were such hard workers. They even stayed late the first day due to a rain delay. Clean up was great both as the job was being done and after it was completed. Lucy was very organized and made sure her crew got the job done.
