I was impressed right from the estimate with the way Russ explained everything that needed to be done with my roof and how they would do it. He got up there, looked at everything, and even crawled through my attic spaces and looked at the underside of the roof, and the ventilation as well!
When the crew arrived, Sergio met me at my door and they got started right away and worked nearly 12 hours the first day and finished up the next morning. Everything looks great!!

We found ourselves needing to replace our 34 year old roof and gutters. Ava roofing was recommended by a friend who had their house done and was very pleased. I called your company on August 5, 2025 at 9:58 am. I got a recording that said I had reached the desk of Natalia. It asked me to leave a brief message of the service I needed and my address and that someone would get back to me. I did as instructed and waited, and waited, and waited. As I write this, it has been almost seven weeks and I still haven’t received a call. I guess we weren’t worth your time.

Billy from AVA inspected our roof and determined where the leak was coming from. He then put up a tarp in the valley to protect us until a new roof will be installed. He explained everything and showed pictures of problem areas. I felt comfortable with his knowledge and will have AVA do the job.
