First time experience. Had an emergency situation with time constraints . Green Genie definitely came to the rescue. Ray and his crew of young men could not have been more helpful and respectful. They went above and beyond and more. Green Genie will always be my only choice and it should be yours!

Ray came out to do an assessment of my basement and was so incredibly down to earth and kind, while still remaining knowledgeable and professional! He looked over my entire basement and advised me that the problem I was concerned about - was nothing to be concerned about. It turns out the "mold" was essentially wall staining and he provided me steps on how to remove it from the wall easily. He then turned my attention to a budding mold problem that I didn't even notice - and proceeded to give me advice on how to remove that ourselves as well!

He charged nothing for the consultation and recommended against getting any work done by him (unless I truly wanted to for whatever reason). I figured the least I owed him was a stellar review!

I've saved his contact information should I ever have a mold problem and I would recommend him to absolutely anyone looking for honest advice/help!

We run a local homeless shelter close to Downtown Buffalo. Our sewage pipe in the basement got clogged so we had to call a plumber to snake it. After the clog was removed, waste was everywhere and the stench was horrible! Called around looking for an estimate and Ray from Green Genie was super responsive, courteous and came out the same day.
