We had to have all our gas pipes in the basement replaced , due to a gas leak.
Cellino came to our rescue! From the staff who responded to our call, to Troy, who
made the assessment with such detail, to Carmen & Shane who did the work, we received superior workmanship and effort! They arrived on time, explained what they would do, and worked steadily for 9 1/2 hours, taking only one short break! They were friendly, professional, & obviously well-trained. We couldn’t be more pleased! Cellino is a Company that does it all right!

Dylan was amazing! He was very informative and patient explaining our options. Very appreciative and looking forward to our new AC unit.

My technician was really awesome , came in solved the problem, he was really nice , straight forward . The company is great they got me an appointment super fast and got the job done fast . Also educated me on how to properly service my furnace filter each year . The furnace is so quiet now, I’m stress free for the winter!.

From Liam giving my quote at the start, finishing with Cameron and the dig crew actually completing the work, I had a great experience with Cellino. All team members were transparent and worked hard to complete my complex project, even when some twists and turns out of their control popped up. Kudos to this crew for taking care of my project. Communication from the moment i called to the completion of work was excellent. Troy was kind, pleasant, and knowledgeable. He explained what he found and possible out comes and we got fortunate the outcome was the one that had it fixed before he left.
This was on Christmas Eve as well so bonus for service with a smile on an evening I am sure he would have rather been with his family and friends.

Dan was awesome! He’s very friendly, patient, and clearly knowledgeable. He came in and got our problem fixed in no time and even took the time to check out our other plumbing fixtures and gave us recommendations. Highly recommend :)

Nick Piracci was the nicest, most knowledgeable, efficient and exceeded our expectations during the morning he came to put in new gas pipes. We were impressed with his professionalism and customer service. We would not hesitate to call Cellino Plumbing again in the future. This actually was our third time using Celino and the other gentleman that was here for a clogged pipe was just as efficient.

Appointment was seamless. Kevin and Patrick were super professional and friendly. Explained everything.

Work was completed. Seth and Carmen were amazing! They got right to work after they checked if I had any questions. The explained and showed everything after they finished.

Carmen and crew were AMAZING! They are absolute problem solvers. What I thought was going to be a big issue, ended up having a happy ending. They are true masters at their craft and 100% professionals!!

Patrick was very professional and friendly. Explained what he was doing and answered all my questions. Even when all my questions were answered for me he asked if I had anymore. Very nice experience.
Today (November 1st ) Esteban came to check out our plumbing and do a maintenance on the hot water heater ( just drain it to get any sediment out) and since our place is pretty new everything was fine. He was very professional and friendly. He answered all my questions too. Again a very nice experience- thank you for hiring such a great crew!

Steve was great. Professional, personable and patient. AC Unit leaking on Saturday of Labor Day weekend. Called at 5:00 and Steve showed up within the hour. Diagnosed issue quickly and repaired. Excellent service. First time I’ve used Cellino and will call back soon to check out furnace for season. Thanks!

Cellino technician Adam was great! He was very professional. He came out to fix plumbing under the kitchen sink. Still had a leaking issue and he came back same day and did additional work in timely manner. I would recommend him to anyone

Cellino took care of us with courtesy, professionalism, and kindness. They sent out a technician just a few hours after I called, and Josiah was able to resolve the issue in less than an hour. I'm a first time home owner, so I was invited to watch and ask questions during the process. Our courtesy follow-up visit revealed work that will need to be handled in the future, but the technician, Liam, was not pushy and explained the nature of the work to be done without talking down to me or trying to upsell. Highly recommended, thank you very much.

Both customer service and the technician were friendly, informative, knowledgeable and efficient. Shawn, the technician, was great! The installation of our garbage disposal was done in short order. Shawn’s job was nice and neat with little or no disruption of our kitchen. I highly recommend Cellino Plumbing and Heating!

The technician arrived quickly, same day service as when I called. He was very helpful and professional, even talked through everything he was doing so I got a better understanding of everything which was much appreciated. He did a great job and got our drain clog and leaking problems fixed really quickly and correctly

Jonathan came by on short notice on a weekend to help us with our sewer main which was backing up into the house. He patiently explained the process he would take to clear it out, told us about any risks or issues, and told us what to look for in the future. He did a good job of keeping the work area clean and was polite and professional. We are extremely pleased with his work and demeanor. The price was reasonable for an emergency weekend call as well.

We have had a great experience working with Cellino and Jonathan for our plumbing needs. He explained everything clearly before and after work was done. He made sure we were aware of other potential repairs that are on the horizon and provided quotes so we knew what to expect.

Andrew Jachlewski did a great job as a plumber. He diagnosed and fixed the problem right away. He then went above and beyond to analyze an issue he wasn't even called on. And at no point did I feel like I was being gouged. My satisfaction was his primary concern. I would highly recommend.

Had a great experience with Cellino Plumbing! Just moved to the area and into anew home. As expected there is always things that could use fixing or improving when moving into a different home. I had some old piping that was going to some new piping for my septic system and then I had some old school laundry setup where the water drains into the sink and whatnot. Anyway, I called Cellino Plumbing and they were out promptly! I showed them what I was talking about and what I was looking for. With no hesitation, Shawn and his crew were back out and tackled the job within a day. The quality was top notch, professionalism was peak, and the price was fair and reasonable!
