My furnace stopped working and Sam came out the next day to repair my system which was 34yrs old and leaking co into the house. We decided to replace the old system. Sam and his crew came the next day and installed our new system, they were friendly and did a great job.

If I could give 10 stars I would , the service is always quick and reliable. My AC went out last summer , they had us back cool within 1 day and today our heater went out and they responded and serviced us again quickly , Top knotch service and knowlegable staff! Dont hesitate to call this is who you need !

Our first time calling Service Pro was several years ago, and we haven't called anyone else for Heating/ Cooling needs since. We've had 2 furnaces installed (at 2 different properties) as well as various repairs to heating and cooling systems. Sam has always been very quick to come out, does a great job, and is fair on pricing. We've recommended him to family/ friends and would highly recommend to anyone in need of heating/ cooling work.

Our central air unit stopped working Saturday night. I called Service Pro early Sunday morning, and Sam was over within the hour. My furnace died at the end of January, called service pro and they came out that day and were able to repair temporary my furnace till parts could come in, they came back a week later and totally repaired my furnace, and did a full check up of my heating and cooling system, great guys to deal with, super friendly, and great communication with them. Service Pro is a pleasure to work with. I had them service my old equipment a couple of times and was never pressured into replacing the whole system when simple fixes would suffice. That said, it was finally time to replace the old equipment so I reached out to ServicePro to install the new furnace and AC. I knew from the previous interactions that Sam runs his business with integrity and wouldn't try to sell me anything I didn't need. During the coldest time this winter my heating went out late Friday night. Sam was there within 30 minutes. Although the part stores were not available at that time, he promised to come back first thing in the morning. He did exactly what he said he would. My heat was up and running before 10:30am, work complete! He was respectful, kind and explained thoroughly. Affordable too! I will 100% use him for heating and cooling in the future.

I had another company try to come out and charge me a 150 fee to tell me they cant fix my a/c i need a whole new unit. I called up service pro and they came out and actually repaired my a/c and guaranteed his work. That is definitely hard to come by these days. Would definitely recommend them. They have very reasonable prices also..we need more companies in the world like this.

I was fortunate enough to find Sam after a 'bigger name' (think lots of radio ads and trucks) tried to upsell me a new boiler after being in basement for about 5 minutes when all I needed was to have a leaking pipe repaired. Sam not only did excellent work on that repair, he helped diagnose and fix another issue I was having. Since then he's been back a couple of times, and he's always professional, always helpful and he's a straight shooter. That brand of professionalism and service is tough to find these days, that's for sure.

During one of our cold spells in December on a Sunday night our furnace quit. The temperature in the house was dropping rapidly and no one could make it out until Tuesday. We found Service Pro after calling many other places and being turned away. Sam was out there within the hour. We were told it would have to be replaced (this wasn't a surprise because it was 26 years old). He was out the very next day to install it. Him and his crew finished it the same day and the final cost came in under his initial estimate. I cannot say enough good things! We plan on having them back to install a new AC and a humidifier on our furnace! Thank you so much!
