I just had Service Pro (Sam) install a new furnace and air conditioner in my home. The original lasted 28 years and it was time for the investment. I did a lot of research and got multiple estimates and Service Pro was by far the best all around…..I’m so happy with my choice and would HIGHLY recommend them. It was so reassuring to know that Sam gives you the estimate and does all the work. The other companies sent salesmen and I wondered if they had ever installed a furnace or AC before. One salesmen told me I needed a much bigger and expensive unit then I truly did. Sam was honest, answered all my questions and gave me a great price. He and Sean did all the work and the quality of their work is impeccable….you can tell they take great pride in it. I’m extremely happy I chose Service Pro!

Service Pro Heating & Coolinh was so helpful and accessible. My furnace turned off when it was less than 5 degrees outside and my house was freezing. One phone call with Sam and I was able to troubleshoot it over the phone and saved my day!

Sam came out to my house right away after I called about a thermostat issue. He did a great job for a good price and had some great jokes. I'll call him again for sure!

The BEST service, EVER

Sam responded my call on a cold Dec evening and showed up in an hour. Our 40 year old boiler failed. With no suggestions to replace (as many sale up companies would), Sam fixed this old piece by examining the engineering behind it with his 35 year experience. At many points, I thought he would have up and say sorry you have to spend 12k to get a new one or you will lose heat when temperature outside is 10. But he figured it out, not one word said. Also, descent signature that he pitched holes and cracks, even opened a crack of the window for me before I install a CO monitor. This is really the best service, of all kind, that I have ever received. He is professional to the best, but most importantly, he cares the work he is doing, and care the people who call for service. We need more decent man in the service business as Sam.

My wife and I had a Furnace Breakdown company and I looked at reviews and Called Service Pro immediately! The reviews held up to an amazing standard and product. Sam the owner was very helpful and very knowledgeable! He sent his men over 2 days after the call and the furnace was completely installed within a day! I woke up to my house at 55 degrees and called Service Pro. Sam was here within the hour on a Sunday. He could not have been nicer or more genuine. He showed me what he was doing and how to maintenance my heater. He was thorough and quick and even took time to do a bit extra maintenance for me. I cannot recommend Service Pro enough! Reasonable price, great service, and an all around great person!

I had a little bit of an emergency with my boiler going out.. approaching a point where my water pipes would have froze if I waited much longer. I found 'Service Pro Heating & Cooling' on my google searches for HVAC repair near me. I was able to get a hold of Sam and he made a house call within 2 hours which was extremely helpful!

Since he is the owner, it was comforting to know the issue would be resolved by someone with plenty of experience and also accountability. He knew exactly what the problem was, without unnecessary time/money wasted. He pinpointed the issue immediately, and resolved everything to my satisfaction.

I am adding him to my list of home repair services and will be the first person to reach out for future needs with heating.

Sam and his team did an outstanding job replacing two furnaces at a very fair price. He completed the work while I was out of town—something that speaks volumes about his integrity and professionalism. My team let him in each morning and locked up each evening, and everything was handled flawlessly. The house was left in immaculate condition.

He also went above and beyond: although he originally quoted 96% efficiency units, he installed 97% units at no additional cost. Good luck getting that level of service from Reimer, T-Mark, or others—especially at this price point.

I had other HVAC Contractors come in and said I needed a knew furnace without ever testing my furnace. Sam was very knowledgeable and tested my furnace and said I did not need a new furnace at this time. I wanted a better filtration and cleaner air so Sam suggested an Aprilaire filtration system with a UV Light. He gave me a great price. They did a great job modifying the ductwork and installing the filtration system and UV Light. They also installed a new smart thermostat and replaced an expansion tank on my hot water heater. They arrived right on time and completed everything in a short time, cleaned up everything and then Sam had me inspect their work. I was impressed on how well the new ductwork fit to my existing ductwork and that all joints were fitted with seals. Sam also found a problem with the builders installation of my furnace that was causing a negative affect on my air flow. He fixed that problem. I would highly recommend Service Pro for any HVAC work you need. You won't be disappointed.

Sam came to my house on 1/13/26 and exhausted every option to try and repair my furnace spending several hours to no avail.
He also recommended getting a second opinion in case he missed anything. He said he would follow up as he wanted to know if they could fix it. I could tell not being able to repair the unit was eating away at him and to he needed to be certain he did not miss something.

The 2nd company came and the furnace was toast. They then Quoted an outrageous price and could not come until the weekend.

Sam followed up before I was even awake and not only was he able to get me a quality furnace at a great price, he was able to come straight away himself to install it that same day.

Sam and his team are pay great attention to detail, very friendly and have the old school do it right work mentality. Not only did he offer great customer service and an outstanding price he also noticed the slope of the exhaust was not right that was used with my furnace he was replacing and fixed the error.

Thanks to him and his team, we now have heat before it goes down into the teens tonight and tomorrow. If you need a heating and cooling company look no further than Service Pro Heating and Cooling!!!

Cellino Plumbing had they're tech come out the same day I called. I had a gas leak in my kitchen which as we know can get dangerous. Their Technician Jonathan Marks came to the house he was super curtious and so efficient, my gosh it was an absolute pleasure dealing with him. If they have people as fine as this gentleman working for them representing the company goes to show you that they care about who they hire. I am so very happy with the job. I will only trust this company. I have used others in the past and they have inaccurately identified the issue wanting to charge thousands more to fix it. Looking into upgrading an old heating system and I wanted to price out switching to Heat Pumps.
