Tom arrived early and got straight to work on our clogged drain. He was extremely professional and detail oriented - found the issue and was able to get it fixed the same day. What a life saver! He kept the whole workspace clean through the process and overall it was above and beyond excellent. Thank you again!

Steve Martin was my tech today and he was absolutely outstanding! His knowledge of steam boiler systems is impressive, and he explained everything clearly and professionally from start to finish. He took the time to thoroughly inspect and tune up the system, making sure everything was running efficiently and safely. You can tell he truly knows his craft and takes pride in his work. The tune-up was done carefully and meticulously, and I really appreciate his professionalism, attention to detail, and willingness to answer questions. Highly recommend Steve to anyone looking for a knowledgeable and reliable tech!

Roys has been great. Today I had someone come out and check out a cold room in the house. But we had our entire sewer line redone last summer. Weve been very happy with our customer service. They always take their time with us, explain everything. No complaints.

We had a generator installed today by Zack,Stephen,Tony,Kyle. They were very knowledgeable and helpful and friendly. We have been customers for about 30 years and have always been satisfied with your technicians. And today was no different. Also Mike Murphy was very helpful with our purchase.

I had sewer issues over the weekend and Roy’s was able to get over very quickly. Josh B was my service technician and was very professional and helpful. He went above and beyond helping me and talked through several solutions to correct the issue. All pricing was competitive and Josh was able to assist me on the next steps. They are very easy to deal with and I would highly recommend Josh and Roy’s.

I'm very thankful for Roy's timeliness and professionalism. My sump pump, which was around 6 years old, was continuously running and not turning off. I called the plumber that installed it 6 years ago, left two voicemails, and never received a call back. I tried a different plumber- I scheduled an appointment last week that was supposed to be an arrival time of 10 A.M.-2 P.M. I did not receive a call from them until 6:30 P.M., stating they were running very far behind due to emergencies. I understand that happens, but needless to say I told them to not bother coming.

I finally came across Roy's and I'm so glad I did. Their phone communication was great and setting up an appointment was easy. They gave me an estimated arrival time of 4 P.M.-6 P.M. I received a call at 4:30 P.M. stating the technician would arrive at my house at 5 P.M. Awesome communication again.

My technician Steven was great. He brought coverings for his shoes so he didn't track snow into the house- goes to show the Roy's team pays attention to small details. He inspected my sump pump, let me know it needed replacement, gave me pricing, and performed great work. From the time he came to the house to the time he processed the payment and left, less than an hour had passed. I can't thank Steven and the Roy's team enough for helping fix my problem in such an efficient matter, especially when I left hung out to dry by two different companies.

My family have been loyal to Roy’s for over 35-40 years so if we have any issues we always go to them. Great business! Awesome people! Dennis helped us out recently when our command board went down. Super knowledgeable and a great dude!!! Strongly recommend

Everything about my experience with Roy’s is positive. The original estimator who came out, and the three man crew who did the job All highly professional. Did their work impeccably, as promised, no hidden charges or add-ons like with so many contractors, they cleaned up after they were done. Top-notch. Angelo, Joel and Kyle were the contractors and if I need more work at my house, I’m going to request that specific crew. A+.

Not overly happy with the service. Roy's plumbing installed a new furnace for me three years ago and it immediately had problems. Their solution was to leave the cover of the furnace off and now three years later it cost me $650 in labor to fix the part that was actually faulty and known to be faulty. When questioned about the hours they billed me for, they said they charge 'travel time' (when I live 5 minutes from town) as well as the 'truck fee' for both days it took them to fix it because they had to wait for the part. I definitely feel like I was overcharged. I do appreciate how fast they were to come out and have a look at it, which is why they get three stars and not two.

Josh B. And Owen H. Did our plumbing repair. They arrived on schedule, both very courteous and knowledgeable. They listened to our concerns and provided excellent service at a fair price. We had great service starting with our initial call to set up appointment with Kelsey and from both the technicians who came into our home. We will use Roy’s again and highly recommend.

Noah arrived on time to replace my water heater. He was polite and explained the process in detail. He was patient and thorough. This replacement was a tough one. He cleaned up and took the time to make sure I understood what was done and what I needed to know about my new water heater. Answered my questions and reminded me to make sure I take advantage of my maintenance membership. I have used Roy’s services a few times for big jobs and their prices are better than most and the service has been amazing. I trust them with my home needs. Thanks Noah for being so awesome!

Isaiah and the entire Roy's team were great! They put down protective runners on the floor and wore covers on their feet. They did very professional job and Isaiah walked me through everything I needed to know before they left. We highly recommend Roy's and wouldn't hesitate to have them do additional projects at our home.

I wanted to say WOW Roy’s for the excellent work extremely professional staff and a job well done. I had to have my trap relocated outside and sewer repaired and this company came out and did this all in one day. The people at my home awesome if I could give this company 10 stars I would. I went back and forth with other “big name” companies in the area and had horrible experience and service. No one was able to tell me exactly what the issue was and the repairs they offered at an extremely expensive price and then trying to get someone to get back in touch with me was a nightmare. Not only was Roy’s cheaper but they did more than the other companies were saying their repairs would be. Go with Roy’s I am telling never felt better forking over 6k lol. Thanks guys you have gained a forever customer..

Josh B and Jeremiah V were great. I needed the annual checkup & cleaning of my tankless water heater. They arrived and completed the work within the given arrival window. They were knowledgeable, thorough, and mindful of the area they were working in. They inspected the water heater and Josh explained everything before they started work. Josh answered my questions and made sure I understood and was comfortable with all tasks before they started work.
Josh B and Tyler R installed a HALO water filtration system and did a great job. It’s a two day install. Both days they arrived on time, explained everything they were going to do before starting, and made sure I understood the every step of the process.
Would definitely recommend Roy’s and these technicians.

Five star service!! Josh Butry came out for an emergency call because our sewer drain was backing up. He was very friendly and knowledgeable! The communication from the office personnel to the technicians was great. I loved that they send you a email with a picture of the technician coming and a little bio. Jeff was who we had come help. He was knowledgeable and personable he was able to fix our problem and we signed up for membership and before he left he said he would let the office know to set us up for a furnace check. He couldn't have been gone for more than 20 mins and we were already getting a call to set that appointment up. I am so glad we went with Roy's. We will definitely use them for any of our plumbing, heating and cooling needs.
Nick came for the big job we needed and he was personable and knowledgeable. He explained the two projects being handled and everything was done quicker than expected and all is working well. Very pleased with the work that was completed.

I can see exactly why the ratings are so high. Manny was knowledgeable, kind and most of all, he did not try to inflate the price. Nowadays, companies seem to push you into purchasing more and more, rather or not you need it. I feel like I can trust this business. He fixed my furnace quickly and now I feel more comfortable with this company fixing my AC this spring. I dont like writing reviews, but here I am. Keep up the good work!

Josh B came out to my house to provide an estimate for a few projects. Off the bat, he was professional and explained his background which instilled my trust in his expertise. He was patient when I asked a bunch of questions and gave some advice on items that we didn’t necessarily need to hire him for. The icing on the cake was that he brought in my recycling bin from the street! My husband and I will be using Roy’s for our garage project because of how great Josh was. Highly recommend!

From start to finish, you really should Just Call Roy's! I needed a new water heater to replace my outdated almost leaking water heater, and was looking at a water powered back-up sump pump. Jim M. came over and quoted me for the work, and explained everything in detail before the work began. He explained why Roy's installs the brands which they do, and the benefits that it has for the homeowner. His detailed explanation put my mind at ease, and I knew Roy's would be the ones to do the work. On the day of installation, Jack and Jeremiah were on time, outlined what was going to be done, and got right to work. They were quick and efficient, and I didn't even notice the water was off while they were working (they were that efficient!). The work areas were cleaned after, and I couldn't be happier with how quick and efficient my new Bradford White water heater is (I guess there is something to be said about American Manufacturing!). I hope never to have to use the water back-up sump pump, but I will certainly sleep easier knowing that it is silently protecting my family should my sump pump fail, or the power go out. I look forward to them performing my HVAC tune up!
