Hired this company to do a backflow test for me. The guy was nice . Had a good experience until i got the bill was overcharged for the time and labor. Not to mention they failed to submit the paperwork to the town. Called them after i received a letter from the town stating they were condemning me because of the paperwork. I spoke with the man in charge he said he would take care of it . Stupidly i believed him . My place was condemned and still over charged . Had to take time go to the town hall and prove i had it done. Not to mention they never adjusted my bill for the time or so called parts that were never needed or replaced. I WILL NEVER HIRE THIS COMPANY FOR ANYTHING!

Absolutely amazing. DV Browns ENTIRE team was great to work with. From the entry level guys picking up and dropping off supplies, to the owners. Everyone was helpful, explained any questions I had. We had a big (for us) operation with our HVAC for our new dry cleaning facility, I was very impressed with the team at DV Brown. Big or small... give them a call~

Good guys, on the ball, and helpful when you have a problem. I'm an independent repairman but I work for other contractors, and they hook me right up. Right off the Thruway, too.

If you don't have an account with them, they won't tell you a price on the phone. So you have to drive there to find out a price; in my case 20 minutes each way — but I have nothing else at all to do with my time. I had already decided, based on that alone, that I would never go back, but now that I'm home I've discovered the furnace filter I just paid $43 for there (no one else in town has them in stock) is $29 online. No wonder they refuse to tell you the price; they know you would never go there if they did. AVOID.

All of the crew were very well mannered, educated in their craft, and completed the job in a timely fashion. It started out with a clogged sewer pipe and ended up with new piping. I have dealt with them on and off for a couple months and have always had a pleasurable experience And an honest one in regards to prices and quotes. I highly recommend them.

Great local company to work with. My electrician, Ray, was punctual, professional, and very knowledgeable. We both were initially stumped why my recently purchased house had the microwave light button trigger the overhead kitchen lights. He found an improperly connected neutral from an outlet upgrade (to usb) and some significant backfeeding. In about an hour all was corrected and explained to me. Ray also noticed that the main panel in my house is original (1971) and very full. He recommened some electrical work that is on my list of projects. His recommendation and attention to detail in my home will make Roy's my first call when I am ready for this project. I am trilled with the service provided. Thanks so much!

The previous owners had Roy’s install the hot water heater. It finally died on Sunday and they came out the next day. Within 48 hours of coming home to water leaking out, we had a whole new setup! All the technicians were great to work with, very clean. Impressed with their install, price and warranty.

I had water in my basement and they came same day to evaluate the situation. They were honest with me about the potential cause of the water and all of my options for remediation. I chose to have my sewer line jetted. They removed and replaced a very old, rusty cap and jetted the line. It took 30 minutes and they were done. I'm very pleased with the service and timely response. I would highly recommend.
