I was in urgent need of a new sump pump. I called in the morning and got an appointment right away. They were able to come even earlier than expected, which was great! Josh B. went through all my options with me at every price point and didn't pressure me into any decision. He said he wanted to treat me like family and made sure I made an informed decision. When I gave him the go ahead, he finished the work in about an hour and then walked me through what he did and how I should handle the upkeep.
I went from being panicked to put at complete ease in just a few hours.

Our steam boiler needed to be replaced. The 3 man team from Roy's was great. It took them 12 hours because of very old cast iron piping which was not cooperative, but they didn't leave until the job was done. We were very pleased with the end product, our house is toasty warm, everything was cleaned up well and the men were polite and respectful.

Out tech Christian was personable, highly knowledgeable, and even was able to come early! Having an older home, things tend to be a little more involved than planned. Christian assessed our problem and explained the details and steps necessary in replacing the very old flange and pipe on the toilet. He went above to be sure everything was secure and well done. We will definitely use Roy's in the future.

I highly recommend Roy’s Plumbing, Heating,, Cooling & Electrical for repair services. Christian Fisher was very experienced in repairing our toilet. He was also very personable and helpful in explaining what was needed for the repair and had the parts on his truck!! I was also happy to donate can goods for a discount. Will definitely call Roy’s for any future needed home repairs.

Start with Nick Fyvie showed up on time was very professional explained and checked everything gave us the best options to our need and did his best to to have the new equipment installed asap and went the extra mile for us .
To the day of installation Jack Langdon and Nate delivered exceptional service from start to finish. The technicians showed real expertise, took time to answer my questions, and handled everything with care. My home was left spotless, Jack made sure before leaving everything is running perfectly as it should be and explained everything they did.

We had a very sudden furnace failure on a subzero day. Ben and Andrew handled the installation of our new furnace and AC unit and were extremely transparent about everything: pricing, timing, parts, etc. They even customized our furnace's filter slot for easy filter changes. They were friendly and left a perfectly clean space behind them when they left. Can't recommend highly enough.

This was my third experience with Roy’s, and in my opinion, they are far superior to the competition. Their technicians are not only professional but also go above and beyond to educate their customers. Senior technician Josh Butry stood out in particular — his expertise was only matched by his passion for his work. It truly reflects the slogan on his business card: “Your house is our house. We treat it like our own.”

Josh Butry from Roy’s came out to assess my sump pump issues. He clearly explained everything to me in terms I could understand. He was polite and very professional. He also had the keen sense to detect a gas leak I had in my fireplace. His experience and knowledge and action may have prevented a tragedy or disaster. I’m an ever so grateful for him.

Chris Fischer was prompt and very courteous. Very good people skills which seems to be a rarity these days. He explained the problem we were experiencing with our cellar floor drain and his solution to fix the issue. He quoted a price prior to starting any work which I thought was reasonable. He also discovered another plumbing issue and addressed that as well. All plumbing issues were resolved Would highly recommend Chris and there members program.

Had a clogged drain. Josh B came out, assessed the issue and recommended the appropriate fix. He was pleasant, knowledgeable and professional. Took care of the issue quickly and explained everything he was doing. Would not hesitate to have him come back if other issues arise.

Great service. The technician (Ryan) was awesome. He arrived literally within minutes of the service call ( he was finishing a job in my neighborhood) quickly diagnosed my furnace issue and made repairs within an hour. I was charged what I feel is a fair price to do something I couldn't have done myself. The replacement parts come with a warranty. Couldn't be happier. Now the wife won't yell at me because the house is freezing. Good experience all around

Evan was here to check out my sump pump, arrived on time, extremely pleasant and helpful. He explained the inner workings and tested it to be sure it was working correctly. Roy’s has great professionals working for them. Great company to do business with.

My experience with Roy Plumbing service has been good. The tech Thomas Olsen & his co-worker Tom came on time and was able to service me in clearing my sewer line and draining a water tank for me. They were very knowledgeable and friendly. 👍🏾

These guys are fantastic. Their salesmen as well as their technicians are professional, knowledgeable, timely and friendly. We have had them out for a few issues and every single time they let us know all of our options, thoroughly answer our questions, explain next steps and do excellent work! Our old "handyman" used to have to repeatedly come to "fix" the same problems over and over. Not so with Roy's. Their work is done carefully and correctly. I can't speak to every service they provide but the things that we have had them do for us have come with a very good guarantee on the work. They replaced our AC unit and our furnace most recently. The salesman who came first to do an estimate, named Gabriel, was an absolute gem. He was a lovely young man who was so helpful and didn't employ any of those skeevy sales tactics that we all have run into. He was just a straight forward guy who was here to help. The most recent techs who did our AC and furnace, Isaiah and (I didn't catch the second fellow's name and wish that I had) were equally friendly and helpful. In the past the people that they sent over were also equally great! I know that in the future with any issues we may run into, we will be calling Roy's. I imagine that they have a very high customer retention rate and I fully understand why. I don't ever want anyone else working on my home again!

Josh was able to diagnose & fix our plumbing problem immediately. He was very knowledgeable & gave us guidance on what may have to be done in the future. We highly recommend Josh!

Roy’s Plumbing went over Joshua Butry to fix my leaky basement utility sink and he was outstanding. Not only was he professional and polite, but he really knows his work and gave me a quick tutorial on how this type of thing happens. He was efficient, had great energy about his craft, and made me feel super confident in his skills - especially given my house’s plumbing is a bit on the older side (lol). I’d recommend Roy’s and Josh by name anytime, no questions asked.

Update again: Highly recommend just redid a brand new furnace and central air. Done completely in 5 hours with their team. Update: We were so happy with our plumbing job months ago, we just had them redo our electrical panel and all electrical outside and in. They did a fantastic job. Another 5star and I highly recommend.He was able to complete in the same day and we had a huge repair. Very informative and very professional. I would highly recommend!!!!

Christian came on time and was very personable but professional. We had a leak from the bathtub down into the kitchen. We thought it was a pipe leak but after asking a few questions and some assessment, Christian determined it was simply water running behind the water spout and on/off plate which was not caulked properly. An easy fix, and the cost was minimal at $22.00 since we have a Roy’s membership. We are very appreciative to Christian and all the technicians helping us improve our home.
