Christian provided phenomenal service today! He was kind, patient, and took the time to help address every concern we had. Not only did he replace a corroding pipe, but he made sure to include us in making sure the quality was up to our satisfaction. Christian was extremely neat with his work, and very knowledgeable. I would highly recommend him to anyone needing any sort of plumbing repair or maintenance in their home. We can only hope to have him again if we are ever in need of a plumbing repair by Roy’s. The compassion and quality of service that Roy’s employees continue to possess are unmatched by any other competing company we have used in the past. Excellent experience.

I had a brand new furnace installed by Service Pro and was very happy with the service I received from this company. Sam is a true professional. He is meticulous and takes great pride in his work. Excellent experience dealing with Sam from Service Pro. Pricing for our new AC system was the lowest amongst all the quotes we received and work was done well. I have used them since 2004. He was the only honest person after the October storm when someone tried selling me a new hot eater tank. He cleaned it and it lasted another 11 years! When Sam was out of town last week, he sent Andy to me within the hour. Not only did he have us back in hot water that day, but he fixed my laundry tub faucets that I had avoided using. Well worth every penny I paid for the 3pm call! Prompt, courteous, honest family businesss, highly recommended!

The blower on my furnace went and they were able to fit me in very quickly. Sam completed the work promptly and efficiently and gave me recommendations on what I could do with my older furnace and also what would be best in the future as far as buying a new unit. I will definitely be calling again when the time comes.

2021 update: Service Pro came out and replaced two furnaces in our duplex in a short time window. It was very cold out and they were able to come out on a Saturday and have a plan for Monday. The new furnaces look great and the custom duct work really helps the efficiency as well.

He is professional, punctual, honest, a great problem solver and most importantly does A plus work. I got an old, inefficient furnace replaced. I had a Furnace and Hot Water tank installed 1/28/2019, I wanted to give an honest review so I made sure to post this review after having the systems in my home for a few months. WOW. Is all I can say. Sam was easy to work with, exceeded my expectations and was very affordable. I recieved 3 other quotes from different companies and they were well above what Service Pro offered. All their work is professional and they will give their expert opinion when needed. My furnace and hot water tank work awesome. No complaints. I have even seen a reduction in my heating costs. I had Sam hook up lines for an A/C unit. Cannot wait to have them back out when the weather breaks.

Sam is very particular about performing the installation properly. He took time to show me the issues with my former installation and how the job should be done. Overall, a solid Rheem unit was installed and, more importantly, a solid, quality installation. I highly recommend his service. It is so important to find a technician who cares about his/her work, and does a quality job. The difference is noticeable, so take time to get the right technician, as I did!

I called Sam at ServicePro at 5:30pm on Wednesday night to come and assess my furnace, as I thought it may have a carbon monoxide leak, and he was there within the hour, confirming my suspicion. After weighing the cost of repairing my 18 year old furnace against a new one, decided to buy new, and Sam was there by 9am Thursday with the furnace ready to install. Worked quickly and professionally, had it hooked up with some custom metalwork to make it fit perfectly into the existing space, and had my AC all connected back again to the new unit. Left the space cleaner than when he arrived, great product, great price, great service. Cannot recommend Sam and ServicePro enough.

Called Service Pro at 11:30am on the coldest day in WNY in 6 years, because my thermostat said 53 degrees inside. They came over within the hour after finishing up another job, and had the furnace back up and running within 15 minutes. Could not be happier! Thanks for the terrific service and getting to us super fast! 10/10 would call again!

Sam and Sean were fantastic! Professional and honest with integrity. Received a proposal within 1 day of coming over to look at the job and started the job 4 days later. The price was thousands less than another company had stated 2 yrs ago and the workmanship was outstanding. They took such pride in the perfection of their work and were very conscientious not to dirty our house (put on booties whenever entering the house) and cleaned up at the end of the day. We never saw any mess. I would strongly recommend Service Pro and advise anyone to have them do the job!!!

Sam came out in the fall to do routine maintenance on our furnace and at the same time I asked him to provide an estimate for installing A/C. He gave me an estimate and suggested I get in touch with him in March if I wanted to have the unit installed, which I did. He scheduled us in and discussed the unit he recommended and how he and his team would be installing it. He stuck to the estimate he had provided me, even though I know there may have been some supplies increasing in price.

When we got close to the time of scheduled installation Sam was so communicative, unlike other technicians I've worked with. I knew exactly when to expect him and when he would be returning. He was professional and punctual, as was his employee. An added bonus was that when they installed the A/C they made an adjustment to our HVAC system that made it so much quieter. It's been a big improvement.

I told myself I'd wait until summer was over to write a review, in order to give a strong assessment of how the air conditioning performed. Now that it's almost October I can say that we were so happy with the unit all summer long and we are so glad we found the Service Pro team to install it. It really kept us cool and functioned flawlessly. We highly recommend Sam and his team for all HVAC related needs. We'll be having him back out to service our furnace and if any other needs arise.

We called Service Pro for an estimate. Our furnace is older and required a repair (from another company) a few weeks ago. As per our our request, Sam came to our house and inspected our furnace. Rather than push us into the purchase of a new furnace, he told us that ours was still in decent shape, but that if we wanted one that was more modern and efficient, he could give us an estimate. In other words, he was honest! Sam inspires confidence and demonstrates trustworthiness, and we will be turning to his company in the future for any repairs we might need. We now know from first-hand experience why this company has a 5 star rating!!
