Kinda miffed . Talked to receptionist several times over the past month to quote a $10k paver job and not a single reply from owner etc . I wonder why he advertises on wham1180 radio every Sunday but fails to call back for a potential $$$$ job?

This how you run a business. Friendly people, responsive, thorough and do quality work. They care about their name and reputation, don't cut corners, show up on time and do what they say they'll do. That's all you can ask for from a contractor.

In less than 4 plows in the 2019-2020 season their plow has done damage to our driveway and torn up our lawn. Informed John Welch of driveway damage and the next time they plowed even more driveway damage was done. I’ll be using a different plow service next season.

We are very happy to have contracted John Welsh and his team of experts led by Karl Naegler to perform several jobs at our new home on Canandaigua lake. They excavated our land, placed a pervious paver patio, large driveway, walkway and fence, all done excellently. They will also be installing an irrigation system as well as landscaping our entire lot.

We had them come out for an estimate on a walkway and back patio. The woman was very friendly and provided brochures, but it has now been over three weeks and have not heard back with a quote! Very unprofessional. If you don't want the job just communicate that and tell your customers!

Last week my neighbor explained to one of the workers the line between his property in a very nice manner. The worker immediately started cursing, hand gestures and said I know where the effin line is. Very unprofessional. I heard the confrontation. I
Would not use or recommend them to anyone.

John came out and walked us through our irrigation system and showed us how to de-winterize it. He was very professional and thoroughly explained how the system worked. We needed help and he showed up right after I called. We will be using him again for other lawn care needs!

The last project (have had several) was expertly performed and looks great. Everyone is professional, skilled, polite, and highly respectful. I will happily call "R.J." and his team back to keep my property looking great.
