ArborCare removed a dying tree and stump and also pruned three ornamental trees. The work was done professionally and the results were excellent. Their scheduling communication kept us informed at all times. Their pricing is reasonable and I would not hesitate to use them in the future.

What I appreciate most about ArborCare is that they're not just a tree maintenance company -- but they're arborists. So when they came out to look at our trees they were able to tell us what needed to be done to keep them healthy -- not just remove them. And in the end, we were able to save a tree that I didn't think was going to be possible which made us really happy.

For the one they are taking down, they're also recommending a replacement tree. And they listened to the type of tree we wanted (something that flowers or fruits and is native) and were able to make suggestions that fit the bill for our tastes AND our property.

You can call any "tree guy" and get them to cut your trees. But you get more than that from ArborCare. Talking with Marty and his team is a lot more like speaking to the Lorax than just a guy with a chain-saw and a chip truck. We really appreciated that and feel like we have a partner now to help look after our trees.

We were very pleased with the work that ArborCare Tree Management, LLC did in pruning our Linden tree. We thought that their cost was very reasonable. Marty and Maria at ArborCare were great to work with through the quoting and planning process. Very responsive and personable as we discussed the priorities for our property and pricing. John and the crew onsite were courteous and professional, working efficiently through our project list while attending to any questions or requests I had. You could tell the crew enjoyed their work and working together! I had prepped our property in advance by moving things out of the way, but, out of an abundance of caution, they took care to move bird feeders and lawn chairs even more. It was great to work with ArborCare, and I would choose them again!

The crew that came out was so professional and worked so well together; everyone had their own job and were conscious of everyone around them while they were working. They asked permission for things they needed to do (such as trim branches to get down our driveway to get to the tree they were removing), verified exactly where I wanted mulch and logs to be piled, offered solutions when things couldn’t be done as I had planned (I wanted mulch in a spot where their truck would just not fit), and cleaned up after themselves. The communication was great, they showed up on time, and even offered to come back and trim one of our trees up a little more since we didn’t get to inspect everything before they left (working from home but on a work call). They are just fabulous to work with and fairly priced. We will use them again when we need more tree work done!

I am very pleased with the work that ArborCare Tree Management did. It was quite impressive to see about six young people show up like a squad (this is the only way I can describe them)! I'm watching all of this from my window. They convened to apparently discuss what they were there to do and it was quite obivious that each one had a particular job.

The tree limbs that fell were as big as trees! They started around 9AM and were completely done about 40 minutes later. They left the area clean and as normal as they could.

I feel like they quoted me a really good and fair price compared to other companies.

I will definitely be recomminding ArborCare Tree Management to my friends and family. I'm so glad that I happened across their name and chose them!

The experience was great! The quote was the lowest of the three that I got. Maria in the office was quick to respond to my inquiries. The crew showed up on time, they were very professional, efficient and really seemed to enjoy working with each other. The trees were removed and the yard cleaned up with no issues. They should sell tickets because it was fascinating to watch! I will hire them again if the need arises in the future.

We had an exceptional experience with ArborCare Tree Management and highly recommend them! We first met with Marty for an estimate, he is incredibly knowledgeable, offered a lot of great options including replacement trees, and has an overall great vibe. We received the official estimate within the given timeframe and Maria from the office kept in touch with all necessary paperwork, scheduling, and follow-up. The team that showed up to take the tree down was so impressive! They were incredibly professional and worked so well together, it was actually a lot of fun to watch them work! They had the tree down quickly and safely and did a great job clearing any debris. From start to finish we had a wonderful experience with the entire team!!!

We needed tree assessed in a large forest lot; Marty came out and did a comprehensive assessment and proposal. Once we agreed the work was scheduled pretty quickly, and we had a great crew of fearless arborist taking care of the work. Amazing to watch - they are great at what they do, very professional and also they cleaned up the lot afterwards. All during the snow and cold of January..... Having pruned 1 and taken down about 5 other trees, it was a lot of work but it was 100% worth it and also seemed reasonable for the size and number of trees. Will use again in the warmer months to assess trees with leaves and then periodically to keep on top of other issues. Friendly, professional, NICE people!

We hired ArborCare to remove two damaged trees (one was a huge, two-trunked tree), grind the stumps, and trim heavy branches from other trees that were either too near or overhanging our neighbor's shed and home. The work was done this week.
We were absolutely astounded at the young crew and their ability to work so seamlessly and efficiently. We watched them with amazement! We were prepared to have some cleanup afterward, but there was nothing to clean up.
Thanks to Marty Avila and Maria for the whole process: the prompt reply to our initial message, the meeting to assess our project, the ease of communication along the way, and the great group of young people with excellent knowledge and professionalism.

Great job start to finish. Highly recommend. Marty came out to understand work to be done first hand, answering questions & then provided detailed estimate. Team showed up as scheduled, were polite & professionally equipped. Did all work as quoted. Cleaned up storm damage & had other dead ash trees taken care of as well. Also had some light pruning done on dogwood & Japanese maple.

Very knowledgeable, courteous, polite crew who work exceptionally well together. Diligently cleaning up raking blowing to not even take a break. But never hesitate to recommend them to anyone. Excellent job!
