Never been happier.John Welch designed and installed a paver walkway for me.It over wintered well and hasn't heaved or moved. it's only been in a year but so far no problems---no grass growing on it. It's a solid beautiful looking walkway.......thank you john welch for a job well done.

John Welch Enterprise stopped at our house after what I am sure was a long day and night for them and plowed our driveway free of charge. My husband had just gotten home from a 14 hour shift and was extremely grateful that he did not have to get out the snow blower. Thank you so much!!!!

Great service. We had to rent a dumpster to clean out my parents home. Was supposed to be delivered on a Monday but since they were too busy that day the owner delivered it himself a couple of days early with no charge. No hidden charges. Bill was the amount given up front... which after this whole experience was refreshing!!

Our first experience with Welch Enterprises was when they repaired and extended our front flagstone sidewalk. We gave them a mess and they gave us back an attractive sidewalk. I had some large landscape rocks delivered by John Welch. He has a large selection to choose from so we found some that worked perfectly. John came with a large truck, trailer, and skid steer. Great customer service- he made sure they were placed exactly where and how we wanted. Very friendly and cleaned up afterwards. Highly recommended!

I called John Welch Enterprises on Friday May 19 to place a service call for my irrigation system. John arrived Monday morning May 22 as promised and made the necessary repairs with minutes. This was my first time calling John Welch. He was professional, prompt, effective and efficient. It was a pleasure working with John Welch and I look forward to working with him in the future.

I recently hired John Welch Enterprise, Inc. to perform grading work around my residential foundation walls, the installation of multiple underground drains from my gutter systems, as well as clearing an area heavily overgrown with brush, vines and dead trees. This area to be cleared is approximately 100' x 30'. All areas were restored with screened topsoil and seeded.
I called the John Welch Ent. office where my information was taken in a professional manner. I received a call from John Welch within a few hours and set up a time for him to come out, evaluate, and provide a free estimate.
John showed up on time, on the agreed upon date.
John and I reviewed the work I was interested in, and made recommendations that I hadn't considered (underground drain system) that significantly improved water control near my house. In the days following the estimate, I emailed John with a few other thoughts on the job and he responded each time either before the end of the day or early the following morning.
All work was surprisingly completed in just two days by very competent crews who reviewed the job with me and listened to my concerns about details of the job. I noted that at the end of the first day the crew picked up my yard and blew debris from the driveway and walkway, leaving the site clean. The final screened topsoil application and seeding finished the job exactly as I had envisioned.
All work was performed not only as I wanted, but exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend John Welch Enterprise for your landscaping needs.

John Welch Enterprise did an excellent job on our two separate projects this summer. Both of the projects were difficult, but they never gave up.
John and his employees accepted the challenges until the they figured it out and everything looks beautiful! They cleaned up after themselves and John's employees are polite and quiet.

It’s mid December and they haven’t staked any driveways in my community. Unacceptable. They’ve been promising to take care of it for weeks now, and now they say they can’t do it because there’s snow on the ground. No kidding? They didn’t think there’d be snow on the ground in mid December in Rochester? Think twice. They get paid a lot of money for doing very little. They’re good at tearing up lawns, though, when the do actually plow.
