I have had my carpets cleaned 3 times in the past 6 years by the owner, Anthony and have never been disappointed. He is dependable, professional, trustworthy & friendly. I love to see the "before & after" as he is cleaning; there's always a huge improvement right before my eyes. I highly recommend him!

Anthony showed up on time, was professional and respectful, and worked diligently at a fair price. We are very pleased with his efforts and results on our carpet and tile. Will definitely use again. He is the best in the business and is locally owned!

My wife and I are absolutely thrilled with the quality of the carpet cleaning that Anthony did for us! He was friendly, kind and showed up on time. We had been using another company for years but they raised their rates significantly so we decided to shop around. We called several local companies and decided to give Anthony a try based on his attitude and humbleness. His pricing was 30% less than the other company and our carpets have not been this clean since we first bought them. We are now grateful to say that we are Anthony’s Customer!

Needed a sofa cleaned and a cushion sanitized. Anthony did a great job on the sofa. He took the cushion and was able to soak, sanitize and clean it like new! His prices are reasonable and appropriate for the work he performs. I will be calling him for carpets in early fall.

Anthony arrived 15 minutes early, was extremely professional, friendly and knowledgeable. He cleaned our breezeway carpet and they looked and felt brand new after. Anthony told me he prides himself on quality work, customer service and fair pricing. All of those traits rang true. Highly recommend. Next up, getting our mattress and couch cleaned!

After reading all of the great reviews for Anthony and Canandaigua Carpet & Upholstery Cleaning, I decided to give them a call to clean some carpet and my living room sofa. I was most concerned about the sofa, which is cream colored and had been a favorite perch for our little cockapoo. While vacuuming it after she was gone, I was shocked to see how dirty it actually was!
Anthony returned my call promptly and after a brief discussion we made an appointment. He arrived right on time and was extremely friendly and very easy to talk with. He looked everything over and quoted me a very reasonable price. He was also very honest about expectations with the couch, which I really appreciated, and then went right to work. When he was done, he showed me everything to make sure I was satisfied and I definitely was! The couch looked fabulous! I couldn’t have been happier! In fact, I also asked him about cleaning the oriental carpet in my family room, which was well used and in need of cleaning. He actually took the carpet to his shop and returned it the next week - another fabulous job! I was thrilled! It looks great!
I have always preferred to deal with smaller, independently owned businesses and I’m so happy that I called Anthony. He takes great pride in his work and does a wonderful job! He is kind, respectful and courteous but also honest and realistic about what he can and cannot do, which I really appreciated. He does great work for a very reasonable price and is a pleasure to deal with! His exceptional work and customer service mean I’ll be using and recommending Anthony and Canandaigua Carpet & Upholstery Cleaning for years to come!

I have been using Timewise for many years. Their staff has always been thorough and professional. I love how my house looks after they leave. This week Lesley and Kaitlyn made my kitchen floor shine!

Your cleaners always do a good job, but today they did a spectacular job. I particularly noticed the gleaming kitchen sink and the well-cleaned bathroom rugs.Also, I know that you always move chairs in order to vacuum underneath them, and yet when I get home everything is returned to its usual place. Thank you for consistently good work!

I have been using TimeWise cleaning for a couple of years now and have always been very happy with their work. Toni, Michelle and Allie have been doing a terrific job. I would definitely recommend their service.

Hired them for a deep cleaning of the house, end result was an incomplete job. Originally scheduled for 4 1/2 hours which was then extended another 2 hours for a total of 6 1/2 hours of labor. The crew didn't have to vacuum even, just high dust, windows, dust window frames and normal cleaning of bathrooms etc..

Just found issues everywhere bathroom sink and faucet not touched, our main window and frame not even dusted or cleaned. So after spending over $400 after taxes the areas they cleaned I still have to go over.

The owner's excuse was they felt rushed and things get missed, and people get hurt. It is unfortunate because I like their pay structure, just not happy with the service or customer service.

As a first-time customer, I am so impressed and happy that I used Timewise. Everything is super clean with no harsh chemical smell (which is the most important thing to us). Valivia and Michele worked hard the entire time and were so pleasant. I’m really appreciative of their time and will be using them again.

This is my second clean with this organization. They do not disappoint. Communication is clear and seamless. Team arrival is within time frame indicated. Each clean has had a member of management arrive to inspect, and if necessary pitch in. This is a company whose focus is not on their process, but on your needs and desires.

My experience with TimeWise has been absolutely positive. They are well organized, efficient and do a great job of cleaning. They are meticulous about pandemic safety. They go out of their way to be accommodating. And, they are enjoyable people.

Hiring TimeWise to clean our house was one of the best decisions we have made :-) they do a wonderful job we always know when Jennifer and Xuxa have been to the house not only is it sparkling clean but there are so many small touches that they bring it's clear that they treat our house as if it is a home. It's also wonderful to be able to have them be so responsive and caring with our dog Sam. Even though he doesn't say it I'm pretty sure he looks forward to the days that they are here. We put off hiring someone to come and clean our house for a long time because we had heard of the difficulties of the people have had. If we had only known how easy it would be to work with timewise and what a wonderful job they would do we would have done it years ago :-)

I have used Timewise cleaning for over 13 years and have been a very satisfied customer. Staff members have changed over the years but all have been held to the management's high standards. Happy employees are a good indication that they are employed by a good company. When the TimeWise women come to my home, they bring 'sunshine' with them.
This was the first indication that I was dealing with an excellent company, and when the women leave, everything is in its original place. neat and clean. I've been a customer of TimeWise for over fifteen years and hopefully they will continue to clean my home for another fifteen years (I am 88 years old now :-) ) Thank you Becky and Mark for running such a good business. Mary and Stacy did a grand job two weeks ago, as well as my regular girls, thank you one and all.

Michelle and Toni from Time Wise Cleaning , Inc have been coming to take care of our home for about a year and a half now.
