I was very happy with TimeWise Cleaning. I hired them to do a deep clean of my house before listing it for sale. They arrive on time, were professional, and most importantly did a wonderful job cleaning our home. I would not hesitate to recommend them to a friend and plan on using them again in the future.

The guy cleans the apartment building every Monday. He is extremely nosey and engages in gossip with the residents. He told me other residents business I didn’t ask for when I moved in seven years ago. It’s gotten worse over the years. For example, he told me unsolicited who has a mail order wife. The stripper who lived in my apartment prior who was hearing voices, he was making fun of this. Etc. I don’t find gossip enjoyable like he may. He was eavesdropping on a random conversation recently, not cleaning just listening. I’ve gotten into the elevator and he be browsing his phone going from floor to floor but again not cleaning. I’ve walked into the entrance to see him rummaging through people mail to see who is getting what. Having lived in this building so long I also have seen the same trash in the stairwell in slightly less accessible places for years. There used to be a beer can on top of a mailbox for years until the whole mailbox was removed. If he focused on being thorough and not fueling the rumor mill in my building I wouldn’t be writing this. Been fed up for a while actually. This guy has creeped me and my company out. Maybe revolving the staff will help your staff from engaging in gossip and spreading rumors.

Julie and Valivia did an incredible job for our apartment move-out cleaning. This was our first time using a cleaning service and I can’t stress enough how thoroughly impressed we are with the quality of work they did. The manager and Nichole were also very helpful and responsive to all of our questions. Timewise has a really great team of people and we can’t wait to recommend them to everyone we know! I have been unable to clean my house for several months due to an injury, and I booked TimeWise on a referral from a friend. They worked to fit me into the schedule quickly, and I've been very impressed with the work that Michele and Christine have done each time. Professional, thorough, and reliable. Can't ask for much more.

TimeWise provides excellent service. The management and the cleaners are professional and provide good service. The cleaners arrive with detailed info about our home. The one time that damage occurred, the cleaners notified the office immediately and management notified me immediately to discuss the damage and the repair. TimeWise provides an easy online payment system. TimeWise always has been able to respond to my special requests, such as a prolonged clean or a particular time of cleaning service. I can only hope to find such an excellent service in my new community.

All of the cleaners did an amazing job with our home! After 6 months of construction work due to a flood in our home, we were living in what felt like a natural disaster! Thanks to your hard work I now feel like we truly have our home back. Thank you so much for your attention to detail and your outstanding work ethic!

I’ve had other cleaners in my home, and I am truly impressed with Time Wise Cleaning and the work they do. I never knew cleaning services could be so good, and consistently so good! They do a wonderful job, and I’ve never seen them take short cuts. I’m deeply impressed with their staff. Every time I come home, there’s a “wow factor” to their cleaning! I never knew it could be SO good with a cleaning company. Like I said, I’ve had others, and this truly is THE best I’ve had!

The house looks great and details that were being missed by the previous company are getting addressed. Very happy!

I've been using TimeWise for a year now and they always do a beautiful job cleaning my house. I love that Mary and Michelle are almost always the ones to come- consistency is awesome. Not to mention they're always on time, super efficient and so nice, too. Very happy with this service and I highly recommend it!

I had a great experience with TimeWise. The team they sent out was on time, and very professional. They had their own equipment, and did a great job - they cleaned under all furniture, dusted everything, and perfectly cleaned the bathroom. I set up a biweekly cleaning schedule with them I was so happy with the initial deep clean. Highly recommended.

We have been using timewise since buying our house and they’re a great company! The prices are reasonable and they get the job done. If anytime there’s a concerns or need of changes. The customer support was great in ensuring that it’ll be resolved and accommodated to our cleaning needs and preferences. The cleaning people are friendly and nice also. TimeWise does an amazing job!!! Their team takes the time to listen to requests, make suggestions, and receive feedback. They work quickly and efficiently in a detailed/process driven manner that is has great results. The house and rooms always look terrific and do an amazing job working around my schedule and work from home lifestyle.

I'm sitting here crying as I write this review. We had a perfectly adequate experience with Timewise cleaning, and had a deep cleaning through Timewise cleaning once with the intention to schedule a regular cleaning.
I texted to inquire about scheduling another house cleaning, and received a polite text message explaining that cleaning my house was outside of the scope of what they could handle.
I called them back to inquire whether they'd reconsider, and they said no. I explained that I understood, and would move forward with someone else, but asked for an explanation of what was considered "beyond the scope of what they could handle." I was told that it general uncleanliness and messiness, where there was too much to pre-clean that prevented them from doing a deeper cleaning.
This was the first professional cleaning that I'd ever had done, and I hadn't known that that kind of pre-clean was a necessary prerequisite, nor was that communicated to me. I wish that they had just walked in, said they wouldn't service us in the state the house was in, and told us they needed to reschedule for a time when we'd been able to tidy.
I bear them no ill will. But I did want to leave this review to share with others, so that you have a better experience than I did, and can know that a completely tidy home with things clearly and neatly put away is necessary to receive service.

We've had a great experience with TimeWise! With 2 small kids my house gets out of control and their cleaning and organizing is just what I need! The staff is kind, helpful and they do an excellent job!!

My partner and I have been using Timewise for few years now and we’ve never had any serious issues or major concerns. We’re always aware of when they’re coming and leaving. They make sure our home is spotless and safe if we’re not around.

Anytime something needed to be clarified or discussed. They’re great about it and transparent with their process etc. I’d highly recommend them for cleaning services!

Lawn and garden are ok paint not so good

good big box store... helpful and knowledgeable people. hate the mulch line in front of the store... should move it to the side out the parking lot.... to much confusion and cross traffic.

I was up there today June 10 around 3:15. A woman drove up into the area for mulch to be loaded. She stood there for several minutes and decided to load it herself. I was on my way into the garden section and told the cashier. She said she had been trying to call and walkie talkie someone to help but no one answered. As I was departing, another woman pulled up and the 2 of them together loaded her car with several bags of mulch. As they finished I heard one lady ask the other how old she was- some hesitation and she said 69; the other said Ill be 70 shortly. Come on home Depot- let's provide a service.

It’s not always perfect, but we had a great experience a few weeks ago. My daughter and I could not find cactus soil, even though it said that they have it on the website. George went out of his way to find it and get us a bag. I was so impressed, no one at Home Depot has ever been so helpful.

Bristol always has a nice selection of annuals, perennials, shrubs, trees, and house plants. Didn't pick up anything today, but eyed a 'Moonshine Sansevieria' that is now in my bucket list.

Fabulous job. Herculean effort. Max and Jose were professional, knowledgeable, accommodating and tireless. They planted six trees for us. Their worked demonstrated practiced routine and efficiency. The end result was almost artful.
