Catalino replaced my 35 yr old 5" gutters & down spouts, on a 3000 sq. ft. house, that were leaking and looking rather tired, with 6" gutters and screening. This is a good value for the money and like the look of the house with the new gutters. 4 years later I have 4 end caps that are against the siding that are leaking an one has leaked in the house. Poor installation practice by the crew. It has been 5 months and they still haven't fixed them.

Have called and left 3 seperate VMs. Not one call back. First time customer .... first time impression ... not who you want to work with because they don't want to work with their customers. They never call back!

I have used this company for years and have recommended them to many! They do very professional work and there’s not a thing to clean up afterwards always on time and prompt. Very reasonable prices as well.

Jeremy and the Catalino team were professional, timely, responsive and affordable. I was very happy with their work and experience overall.

Maybe they are be doing a great job once you manage to hire them but just getting them to come onsite and provide a quote seems to be an impossible task. If they are to too busy and not interested in a new business, why not simply says so at the first contact and avoid wasting each other's time.

What a great family and superior service and value. Not only did they get the job done before closing but saved me 25% on gutter package for whole house. So grateful, the def went the extra mile.

Highly recommend!! Did a superb job. Great price ,in fact, a much lower price than the other companies I contacted who sold the same gauge gutter.. really nice people who actually care abut their customers.. Very professional.. And my husband is happy which is an extra bonus.

Catalino did the gutters for our neighbors and we were very pleased when they provided us with a quote. We understood that we were looking at the end of the summer, which was fine. On Sept 11 we received a call saying we would be on the schedule for late Sept or early October. I told them this was fine since we were having drainage put into our yard and that would surely be done by then. Today, Oct 2nd, not having heard anything else my husband called and was told that they left him a message on Sept 22 saying that they wanted to do them Oct 1st. Since we had not gotten back to them (they called my husband's cell instead of mine, as we had requested) they did no follow up and took us off the schedule. They now said they could do it but it would be several more weeks. At this point my husband expressed his displeasure and told them to forget it. I have to say, I work for a local, family owned HVAC company which has been in business since 1931 and we haven't thrived for 89 years treating our customers like this. One call, no follow up and, boom, you're off the schedule. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

10/5 update - thank you Catalino Gutter, for reaffirming my earlier position. Customer satisfaction begins LONG BEFORE YOU ACTUALLY PERFORM THE SERVICE! Let me reiterate my issue. Whoever I spoke to on Sept 11 called MY CELL PHONE not my husband. She was told at that time, to go through me. My husband is not permitted access to his cell phone at work and works a lot of overtime. Whatever attempt or attempts you may have made were to my husband's number. And again, if our pending installation or us as customers meant anything at all to you, you would have reached out to my number as well, which was NOT done after Sept 11th. Instead, you state in your rebuttal that you "just assumed" we had changed our mind. Well, let's not leave anything else up to possible assumptions -- my opinion has not changed, nor will it. A real service professional goes above and beyond to keep their customers happy -- not shrug their shoulders and say, oh well, guess you'll just have to wait another few weeks. Be assured that I will absolutely NOT be referring anyone to you and will be happy to share my opinion.

Excellent job and response to my many questions! Previously used Catalino Gutters on my 1928 colonial house and now on my 1962 ranch. No more tripping on weirdly placed down spout extensions. Definitely recommend.

We had them come and replace gutters after wind storm a few years ago. So professional, courteous and reasonable! We could not have been any more satisfied and plan to use them again very soon.

Replaced my old leaky gutters with new seamless ones that match the color of my house. They were very professional and very friendly. The estimate was spot on with no surprise extra costs. I would highly recommend.

Great price, easy to work with and most importantly with outside work: kept me informed of delays. I had a small job but Jeremy and the crew never made me feel like it was not an important job. And Beth, in the office, was on top of my job from estimate to finish. An all around great experience.

Love working with smaller family companies! The big boys guess-tamated a price $300 to $400 more. Even a handyman quoted $100 more.

They do need several parking spaces or a driveway for their equipment, as does everyone else, I suppose.

Very Responsive. I left a message saying that we needed complete gutter replacement on our 50 year old house, just outside of Hilton. It was February, and they were able to replace our gutters with new gutters, within a week. They even took the time to put some of our old gutters on our shed, which never had any before. Then, when the weather was warmer in March, they came back to re-caulk our new gutters, add gutter screening, & make sure everything was sealed. Jeremy, Beth, and all of their workers were very friendly & informative. They let us know what was going on, and what to expect, every step of the way.

This was by far the easiest home repair I’ve encountered - they were able to give me a quote for the project quickly, their price was very reasonable, and they were able to get the job booked soon after. Communication was excellent. The new gutters look great!

We had them install 6 inch seamless gutters on a newly constructed pole barn and our 30 year old home. Both jobs turned out amazing! Excellent customer service and very timely work.

I just had my house gutters replaced by Catalino Gutter Systems. I was really pleased and completely satisfied with the job that was done. The four man crew that came was terrific and very experienced in what they were doing. The gutters look great and are working perfectly. The price was very reasonable. I recently had a full gutter replacement done by Catalino Gutter Systems. They were easy to work with, friendly, very responsive, timely, and did a great job. A color I had not considered was suggested and it turned out terrific! I would definitely recommend them!

Catalino Gutter Systems is great to work with. They have superior phone service, a responsive team who attended to all details on my home with (3) roof sections. Two years ago, they replaced all my gutters, and it was high quality efficient work. I am writing a review now because last week I thought I had a new problem with one of the gutter sections and they responded quickly. It turned out the problem was my own failure to get the gutters cleaned in a timely fashion. Bottom line, "5 Stars" -- respectful, diligent, knowledgeable, responsive.
