Service was easy to book and timely. Communication was clear and text when they are on the way. Friendly service. However, the cleaning on my upholstery was not impressive. I have a gray sectional with some staining, and it didn't come out as clean as I hoped with darker spots (oily-looking?) and corners/seams of pillows still dingy from skin contact. 2 hours of work for $500. It may be my expectations are high, but I didn't feel like it was a good value or impressive results.

Edit: After my review they contacted me and came out again to spot treat the areas and left a giant water stain. They called me again to follow up and I told them about the stain and showed them the photos attached to this review and they brought the cushions to the office to fix over the weekend and now they are good. I can commend the relentless customer service to make sure things are done right. However, it took John 3 visits to make it right. As such, it's hard to rate them more than 3 stars.

John and Nate were exceptional! Their work ethic, personality, results and efficiency were exceptional!. When a couple of stains were difficult to manage the first visit, they returned. Laura in the Admin department was communicative and efficient. I highly recommend Steam place.

I would highly recommend Steam Police! The office staff was very nice and professional and returned my call quickly and I received my estimate and a date to complete the job within minutes! On the day of my scheduled appointment I received a text to let me know the technician was on the way. John from Steam Police arrived on time, and was very polite and professional! I would not hesitate to call them in the future!

Our 2 man crew was on time and outstanding. Thru we're at our house for a vent cleaning and to steam clean 2 rugs. The before and after pictures of thr vents were eye opening. We already notice the difference in the air quality. The area rugs that were steam cleaned look like brand new. Thank you for an excellent job!

We had an evening kiddo mishap that left a pretty ugly looking stain on brand new carpet. I reached out to Steam Police the next morning and they were at our house by noon to address it. We are super happy with how much better the carpet looks and the pricing was extremely fair. John was fantastic and very transparent as he worked to address the issue. We are happy to support this local business!

Had the absolute best experience! Our carpets look incredible and John was awesome. I didn’t think it was even possible to clean our family room carpet to this extent; we’d resigned ourselves to likely needing to replace it. I couldn’t be more pleased with the results. Gage was so professional and arrived right on time! The process of being able to book thru text and then have continuous updates on arrival, who is coming to my house and completion of the cleaning sent right to my phone is the absolute best. They essentially took all of the stress out of the process and made it so incredibly easy. Extremely impressed with Gage & Steam Police. We have 3 little kids and a large black lab and the carpets haven’t been cleaned in 6 years 😬. Our carpets look brand new and I could not be happier with how they turned out. I’ll absolutely be booking again and recommending them to everyone.

We have a lot of windows here - and some are very high up. Natural Light did a super great job - my windows sparkled and visitors commented on how lovely they look!

Great service, above and beyond our expectations! Our townhome's windows hadn't been done in years and we could not get to them for physical reasons.
