I cannot even begin to express my gratitude for Tony and Kara. I went through a difficult time with my insurance company, etc. Tony personally helped me repeatedly from start to finish, on a personal, human level. You can't say that about many people today, especially from a complete stranger. Thank you for everything.

Well I was skeptical at first but I gave it a try. We have two young dogs who’ve made several “markings” on the carpets being new dogs and we tried to clean it with items recommended from the internet but had little to no luck. We called the steam police as a last hope before pulling all the carpet up due to the smell. I’m happy to say they did an amazing job! Their spot cleaning we excellent on the areas that had stains from urine and a mixture of items we tried ourselves. The spots are gone, the smell is gone and it feels good knowing we can have people back over without worrying about the smell of dog pee upstairs and in my office. Our cleaner was a very helpful young man who took the time to do the job right, which isn’t normal these days. Thanks for the amazing job! Stream police for the win!
