Glad I hired Catalino. I bought an older house that needed gutters and drainage replaced and revised. It was a smooth and pleasant experience from start to finish with these folks. On our scheduled date they were prepared and smashed the job out in one day. Nice group of guys that did the work. Very happy with the results. The price was competitive and they left no trace.

I had my gutters put on a year ago, I had a heat cable attached to my roof to prevent icicles. The owner reassured me that I would not need the cable with the new gutter system. So he took off the cable and actually cut it which I was not happy about and threw out the cable. Well that winter I had big ice dams and we had a couple of slips due to the ice. I called Catalino and the manager assured me they would come and reinstall the heat cable when they had a chance. After multiple calls and vms since January and her assuring me they would be there, no one came. I finally received another call from her recently stating that her husband the owner was upset that she told me they would reinstall the heat cable. That response from a customer perspective was not the right answer and they made a mistake and failed to correct it after I gave them my business. I have yet to hear from the owner.

Quick Dry did an amazing job cleaning my apartment's rugs. They moved all the furniture, did the rugs and had the furniture back into place within a couple of hours - it was like I had new rugs. I would DEFINITELY use them again.

QuickDry cleaned the carpets in our lobby. I honestly wasn't sure what to expect given the traffic that carpet sees. When they were all done, the carpet looked like new and I couldn't be happier. They were so friendly and because it dried so fast, it didn't interrupt our business at all. I will definitely be using them again.

I came home 2 nights ago and somewhere along the way, I picked up motor oil on the toe of my shoe. I tracked the motor oil all over two area rugs and while I did my best to clean it up it needed professional care. I called Jim first thing in the morning and he came right away. Cleaned up the carpets and they are fine. What a relief! Cannot say enough nice things about Jim or his company.

The best carpet cleaning company in Monroe county! They use different technics and different equipment then any others. Sam was friendly, but highly professional. My carpet looks like brand new. Thank you Sam and Quick and dry.

Sam came and took care of our carpets on Monday. They look amazing! We have a cat who likes to throw up everywhere and you can't even tell that animals live here! We had two rooms, stairs, and a hallway get the whole deal. The price was extremely reasonable. The guys were so nice and told us to call them if the spots didn't come up after the rugs were dried and vacuumed. Great place. Plan on recommending and using these guys again!

All I can say is WOW! After reading other reviews, I went with Quick Dry Carpet Care and am I glad I did. Jim did an absolutely amazing job on my mom's carpets at a reasonable price. They look and smell wonderful! I will be calling him back to do the carpets in my apartment and recommending him to everyone I know.

We were having our basement stairs and carpet cleaned. Decided to throw in a white shaggy area rug in our main living room and the stairs.
Srsly, didn't expect our main stairway (17+yrs old) would fluff up and come back to life and look as great as it does! Sam was excellent from our initial inquiry to the completion of the work. He clearly described his Quick-Dry process. Our carpeting is clean and refreshed. Professional, thorough and courteous. We will certainly use them again.
