Scheduled for them to come by to fix my freezer that was inconsistently staying at 0 degrees. They showed up hours later than the appointment window. Upon arriving, all they did was aggressively shake my freezer door, jam the screwdriver inside and adjust it, and leave. Afterward the freezer was performing even worse than before. It stopped working or closing all the way altogether. I called them about coming back to fix it, they weren’t able to find time over two days before I left for vacation. I understand that you have other customers, but you broke my freezer and charged me ~$200 for the privilege. The least they could do was come back in a reasonable timeframe. I had to throw out everything inside as a result. I also had them take a look at my dishwasher, which they didn’t fix but also didn’t break so I suppose it could’ve been worse. In either case, I don’t recommend doing business with them. They were unprofessional and didn’t do the job I paid them to do. Plenty of better appliance repairmen in the Fairfield/Westchester area.

Oven repair. My technician., Yugen, was knowledgeable, efficient, polite and a good “teacher”. He was also on time!!!! 😎. Bring on the turkey 🦃🦃🙌

Jorge from Mr Appliance of Scarsdale came to troubleshoot my washer and identified the problem quickly. He was knowledgable about my unit, made the needed repair and even taught me how to maintain the washer so it wouldn't happen again. The company was responsive to my calls, the service was next day prompt, and the cost was reasonable - what's not to like...!

I arranged for the appointment two days after my initial call. I was given a five-hour window for the service call. The next day I received a follow-up email and text with a two-hour window. The gentleman was very professional, calling half an hour prior to his arrival. He was able to fix the problem and explained everything in detail. I would definitely recommend Mr. Appliance of Scarsdale as they were very professional and accommodating!

I had a technician come he was excellent. Their prices are very reasonable. They’re courteous and they come right away and they fix the problem and they’re very honest —to me honesty is everything they do not lie to you.

Hender was amazing!!! Of course he fixed the problem (our freezer) but was also very responsive and polite. 10 stars for wearing shoe booties, not minding my dog, and always letting me know when he was ~15 minutes out. Truly a wonderful experience and will use again if need be.

Worst experience ever - BEWARE! Their employees are not qualified to handle all appliance repairs. The technician shows up and does not even open the door to the washer yet tells me I need to buy a new washer. Their SCAM is to collect the nonrefundable service fee. He couldn't get out of there fast enough and then sends a quote for $1,300 for the repair. When asked to explain, there was no line item for parts or labor, just a flat fee for the repair. They are adamant about their nonrefundable service call, because this is always an issue for them.
I called another service company this morning, and they repaired the unit for $400. Make sure to try a different company. The office staff will not let you talk to managers or ownership, and they hide behind the nonrefundable clause. As a business owner, these guys have no integrity, and the owners are cowards and scammers. If they had any type of business sense - they would speak to the customers.

I definitely recommend Mr.Appliance! Flores, the tech, couldn't have been nicer! On his first visit he assessed the problem and let me know what it would cost and ordered the repair parts. Flores was very knowledgeable and capable. I have a full size stacked washer dryer and he took care of everything!!!! I highly recommend him! very pleased with the service! I will definitely recommend Mr Appliance and specifically Flores to my friends and co-workers. It is so hard to find good repair people. This company is a keeper!!!!!!! and my 1yr old puppy like him too!
