Fernando - there is no one better. He is an expert on HVAC systems. Just purchased my second older house having him as my HVAC guy. He offers sound advice toward the results of a reliable efficient system. A full replacement many times is not necessary. His days sometimes never end as he is passionate about providing the timely & best service. He's also just an honest nice guy.

Outstanding customer service. The mechanic Spiros was very thorough and offered follow-ups while he was troubleshooting and repairing my HVAC system. He was also very respectful and honest. Once the job was complete he tested the system. He then walked me through the invoice so I understood what I was paying for before he left. Thank you for the under 24 hour turn around.

Called for the first time 10/17/23. I asked if they service NYC. I am in NYC and this company is in White Plains NY. (45-minute drive because i used to drive there daily to work). He said yes but hesitantly. A male answered and I described the problem with furnace. I told him a previous plumber replaced a part last week and it stopped working. He asked me if I can get the other guy to come back. Right there you can tell he did not want to come. He asked me to text the model with pictures. I sent the information within minutes. The next day he wanted more pics. (I sent 3 already). Its 3 days later and no text or call back. Poor customer service and response time. Maybe they don't like coming to the city from Westchester County. If so then say it on your website instead of advertising on your site you serve NYC. Also poor customer service in asking if the guy who previously did work can be called. I called your company as a new customer not the other plumber! Good luck Active got the unit fixed and signed up for a contract with a company that came and wasn't interested in the previous guy.

A colleague referred them to me and they were terrific. Got to me same day I called and did a very good job. My colleague had been referred to them after another AC company told him his units were fried and needed to be replaced for about $3k each. Daher came in, fixed a small and affordable defective piece and cleaned them out for a few hundred bucks and they're running like a charm now. A+.

We are new home owners and “inherited” John As the previous owners used his services for heating ( steam) , central AC , and water heater maintenance. Have been nothing but happy with his professionalism, quick responses , quality of work, and the patience he has in explaining to this first time home owner the intricacies of our HVAC systems and fundamentals of heating and cooling. Referred to John by a friend after numerous failed (and ridiculously expensive) attempts to fix our air conditioning by other companies. Not only did John fit us into his schedule ASAP to ensure we were up and running before the forecasted heat wave, but we were out of town at the time and he treated our home with the care & respect we hoped for. System hasn’t run this well in years. Highly recommend!!

I was impressed by Mr Daher’s clarity in explaining issues relating to an A/C problem I incurred. He was punctual and available —he returned calls, showed up when he said he would and ultimately solved my problem. His work ethic is impressive and he was very giving of his knowledge and experience—the depth of which I think is considerable. I am the next door neighbor of a reviewer that "inherited" John as a service provider, and taking the recommendation for John's service was the best thing I could have done! What was originally scheduled to be a simple service appointment turned into a much bigger job of replacing the A/C unit because of my failures as a homeowner. John was extremely professional and very helpful to guide me through the process. John even went way above and beyond the call of duty to procure a new unit and install the same day right before a string of 90+ degree weather. All of that was done at a very reasonable cost, given the crazy supply chain problems. We even had a second, purely coincidental issue develop a couple weeks later and John was able to the improper work of the original installer very quickly!

I would highly recommend John's service to anyone and have already given his name to some of my other neighbors as the only provider to call.
