Tyquan Raines was awesome and so so thorough. I feel like my boiler is well maintained and I’m so sad Sila isn’t coming to north jersey any more!!!

Tyquan Raines was really informative. He told me how often I should change the filters and educated me on things I can actually monitor myself. He was also prompt and on time and remember the layout of my house.

I highly recommend Sila for plumbing and HVAC services. They were able to get someone out promptly and their office was very professional. My technician Sean was excellent. He was very thorough and explained what was going on very clearly. From top to bottom they were great!

They responded in a timely fashion when we had an issue with our boiler and our old radiators. Calverton assured us that what we thought was a major (and expensive) problem - with a great attitude and clear explanations - wasn’t nearly as bad as we feared.

Honest, professional, and trustworthy company with great communication. Highly recommend.

Tyquan Raines gets 5 stars from me. He is an excellent technician with a good personality. Sila, on the other hand gets 2.5, because they have constantly caused problems with scheduling. And in fact at some point giving me a hard time about getting my 5 year warranty service, because they are not servicing NJ anymore. I now need to hire a different company to service my unit after next year. So much for keeping their customers happy.

I had an excellent experience with Mr. Tyquan during my water heater maintenance service. he was polite, punctual, and very professional. He took the time to explain what he was doing as he drained and checked the water heater and he made sure everything was running safely before leaving. I really appreciate how careful and respectful he was while working in my home. highly recommend Mr. Tyquan anyone needing reliable and friendly maintaining service.

Calverton assisted us today with an issue regarding our compressor. He did an excellent job! Was informative and kept us abreast of the work he was doing throughout the job. He was honest and informative and kept us in good spirits throughout the process. Would definitely recommend him!

We had a minor emergency at my business and needed to solve a burst pipe issue in a timely manner to continue trading and not lose any revenue. We were on a strict time constraint. Christian Davenport came to the rescue and really cared about our situation. In short - he cared. What could’ve been a very long, drawn out & expensive process, Christian found a solution that was not quick to resolve and viable to the business. He thought outside the box and we carried on with business as usual. I cannot recommend Christians services enough. Thanks again!

Very disappointed in the quality of service and customer service. New HVAC system was to be installed and told by sales and contractor order that it would be completed today. Technician showed up an hour late outside the one hour window. Proceeded to work and then at 4 told me there was a “miscommunication” that it would NOT be a one day installation, packed his stuff and left. I’m 8 months pregnant without any air conditioning and no communication about what is going on. I called the office and our sales point of contact and no response. The quote was high to begin with - would not use again, not even for maintenance. Also, technician said he was calling my husband but no one was contacted. Just an excuse to cut out at 4.

From now on I will be calling Astacio/Sila for my HVAC needs. I can’t say enough about how well our experience with them went. We had installation of a new boiler. They got it done promptly and professionally. I have a definite sense of trust about this company. From the initial meeting with David to installation by John and Danny all was handled with excellent communication and information. The level of professionalism was incredible.

Sean O'Hara was awesome. This was my first time meeting with him. Instantly liked him as a friend. He was as easy going person as a person could be. He spoked highly about his company and coworkers which was true. He gave a great many advices and he was very patient.
Companies should have more people like him. Wish him great holidays.

From a maintenance perspective, SILA has become proactive. They used to wait for me to call for a service, but now they call me to say im due and it is included in my warranty so they arent making extra money. Tyquan Raines came today and he was straight to the point and shared my home looks good.

We had a water heater installed by Astacio last month and it stopped working a few times. Robert Clarke was able to fix the issue that two other technicians couldn’t resolve. He was patient, courteous, and a complete professional. He also took the time to explain what he did and what was wrong with the equipment which was helpful. Highly recommend Robert - Astacio is lucky to have him.

The Tecnician Sean O’Hara completed the heating service promptly and professionally. The system was inspected, cleaned, and tested, leaving it functioning safely and efficiently. Excellent and reliable work.

Was experiencing a heating problem with the system, put in by Astacio Sila. Flavio Cespedes A senior technician from the company came to Diagnose and correct. I found Flavio to be an excellent Technician. He Allowed me to articulate the issues and asked to pertinent questions in order to diagnose. He found air in The upstairs line which I hope proves to be the issue.

Calverton Duffus was amazing. He took care of my dripping gas boiler pipe and checked the entire heating system. The gas boiler was under ASTCIO warranty, my heating units are older. He changed the filters of the air handlers AND explained their condition, plus identified where my occasional water leaks come from. So grateful for Calverton’s expertise and patience.
In future I will request him personally for any future HVAC issues. BEST ever.

Matt Gibbons from Sila recently serviced my HVAC system, and the experience was outstanding from start to finish. Matt was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and thorough. He took the time to properly diagnose issues that other technicians had not been able to resolve, and he clearly explained what was happening with my system and why certain corrections were needed.

What really stood out was his depth of technical knowledge and attention to detail. He identified an additional issue I wasn’t even aware of and made sure everything was operating correctly before he left. Since his visit, my entire HVAC system is working exactly as it should.

Matt was patient, clear, and genuinely invested in making sure the system was healthy long-term. He also shared helpful tips so I can better understand and monitor my system going forward, which I really appreciated.
