I won’t end up hiring this company. The job is relatively straightforward and small. The estimate was twice that of two other estimates received. Not only that the estimate isn’t broken down into parts and labor for me to see. I’m sure they do great work but as a new homeowner I’d like a little more transparency. I’m adding a photo of the issue (rusted pipe) off a 4 year old boiler.

Sean O’Hara came out this morning to perform an annual check up on our tankless hot water heater. He did a really thorough job - explaining what he was doing and how the system was performing.. Very satisfied.

I needed some electrical work done on my kitchen light fixture because of an issue that I was having with it. I called Astacio Electrical to come out to determine what the issue was. A very nice gentleman by the name of Sylwester showed up and diagnosed what the problem was. He did an absolutely great job of addressing this with the light fixture. He was a pleasure to deal with and I will be asking for him again when I need electrical work done in my condo. Thanks.
