Had a great experience with Big Time Gutter Cleaning! They were efficient and did a great job. I definitely will use them again.

I live in Williamsville and had our gutters cleaned. They were professional and courteous. They cleaned between 40 & 50 lbs off debris out of our gutters. They also took pictures of our roof to show the damages on it. I will use their services again in the future.

Highly recommend! I called and he came out the same day! Very quick and straightforward, explained everything clearly, gave a reasonable price. Will be calling him yearly to do our gutter cleaning.

Highly recommend this company! Our tall house hadn't had it's gutters cleaned in years and were in dire need. They cleaned and flushed them out till they were flowing , then bagged up all the debris. Very friendly, professional and courteous! Can't thank them enough for doing a great job that's not so easy on our house! Don't hesitate to give them a call.

Big Time did a Big Time awesome job cleaning out my gutters and investigating the root cause of my clogged downspouts resulting in overflowing gutters. Was a huge mess until the owners of the business took care of our gutter cleaning. They are very professional, friendly, honest timely, insured. They use their own hoses and ladders to clean and flush the gutters and downspouts. They were very affordable and will not gouge you or do unnecessary work. Trust the owner of Phatman Boardshop and Amherst home. These are the guys to call. You have my word on it.

I had a clogged gutter on my second floor roof. I hired Richard Young Window & Gutter Cleaning after I read the positive reviews. The two(2) servicemen who came to my home were very friendly and professional. They took an interest in finding the source of the clog, since it was not visible at first. They cleared the clog, and double checked that water would flow freely again, which it does now, even during heavy downpours. I highly recommend this company.

Left without finishing the job when I asked if they were going to go back when all the windows were washed and swipe down the sills. I was told it’s extra, which I agreed to at that point but the hard working crew mbr called his boss to double check. The boss told them to leave without finishing because they couldn’t meet my expectations.as if that’s a lot to expect! Dust and dirt is created when washing a window, it’s reasonable to want the sill to be wiped down afterwards. The first time they were at my house a few years ago (newer owners) the screens were not put in properly and they ended up on my driveway and the neighbors property. Thought I’d give them another try anyway since in the past I was happy (original owners) and thought maybe that particular crew member did a poor job and wasn’t reflective of the whole company. Needless to say I will find someone else to finish the job.
